this has got to be tge worst walgreens in the world!!! drive thru is always a 30 min. wait...service sucks rude employees in the pharmaceutical area....i will be removing my business elsewhere....they need to hire professional employees before they lose all their customers...if coperate cared about business they would investigate the worse walgreens around....went to get meds still wasn't available until the next day!!! went through pain all night because you all neglected to do yall job!!!!! you're not worth a rate you grade lowest of all!!!

beside myself with pain from a eye infection 2am in the morning. cannot say enough good things about Lori in the pharmacy. i called and she gave me good advice. Told me she would have what i needed and ready at the drive thru window. Thanks again

Not their fault entirely but my last package I sent overnight on Sunday snd it arrived Friday morning. $70+ a for a small bags of pills certainly was not appreciated for my husband who came home the next day!

Me and my mother went into this store on Reidville Rd. about 20 minutes ago. We had to find our own apple iphone cord and buy it to print pictures. The man we asked about it told us he did not know where the cord everyone used was, so we had to buy our own. After we uploaded them, we had to approve it on the computer behind the counter because we couldn't find any help and we were pressed for time. Once the pictures were printed, we took them up to the desk where an old man, who was very fat and tall, with a extremely large bald spot, checked us out. We told him how many pictures were in it and how much it said they would be on the computer. He immediately started raising his voice towards us and explained that he did not know how to do his job and we would have to wait until 8 to buy the pictures. It was around 10:50 p.m. So of course, my mother tried to ask if he meant 8 minutes or 8 a.m. He began to scream at my mother and said he had no one working with him and it simple wasn't his problem. It obviously was because he worked there. My mother offered to pay with cash and he very rudely said he did not want our money and he would not sell them to us. Also, we "shouldn't have been back there in the first place". I told him no one was there to help us. He did not care and said he would not sell us the photos and basically told us we were idiots for trying to use their 24 hour photo service. So, now a perverted old man who is employed at the Reidville Road walgreens has photos of an 18 year old girl. He simply refused to give them back to us. He should be fired immediately and I am not impressed with walgreens at all. Look better into your employees, and don't let perverted, nasty, disgusting old men run your register. If I could give 500 negative stars, I would.

They apparently have no way of issuing you a receipt for drop offs outside of texting you.If you have anything important to send via FedEx you need to go elsewhere.

Waited in drive thru line for about 25 minutes for my scheduled rapid test on WEDNESDAY. It's been 4 days and I still have not got my results back for a RAPID Covid test that she said I should get back within "24 hours but it usually takes about 3-4 hours ".

Pharmacy is awful. Sat in the drive thru for a Covid test for well over an hour. Then sat at the window for 35 minutes before they even got to me. Terrible

Pharmacy is terrible! Wife had emergency surgery and had to go get prescriptions from this store after surgery and they didn't have it on file because they didn't check their system. Had to wait 45 min on prescription that was ordered by surgeon 1.5 hours before we got to the pharmacy. Employees are negligent and unintelligent.

I’m upset with fedex because they delivered the wrong package to my house and it took them 7 days to come pick it back up and my package was delivered to the wrong address but my neighbor brought it to me
