Where do I even start? I recently took my vehicle to this “body shop” If that’s what you wanna call it..I had some hail damage on one side of my vehicle, and some on the hood. When I called and ask about their services. I was told they could get 90% of the hail damage out, but they would have to repaint the whole car for everything to match.. (That should have been my first red flag) I must say that I am extremely disappointed with the quality of their work. The paint job they performed on my vehicle was far below my expectations..First and foremost, the paint job was uneven and had noticeable imperfections. There were areas where the paint was dull and lacked the smooth, glossy finish. Additionally, there were several spots where the paint was rough and had a textured appearance, which is completely unacceptable for a body shop and let’s not forget about the Hail damage… They completely lied about that… You can still see Hail damage all in the doors… When I was pointing all this out, I noticed that someone had sanded the black glossy trim around my doors on the passenger side. When I ask her about that… all she said was “we don’t have the brightest people working for us”… (At this point I’m in complete shock) When I ask what was going to be done about it… She responds with… we can paint them and cover it up.. What??? No! They need to be replaced! (I’m Beyond frustrated at this point) because the customer service I was receiving was awful. But she didn’t care and was unhelpful when I expressed my concerns about the paint job and damages to my vehicle. I was forced to pay $1075.00 or my car wouldn’t be released to me. I travel for work. So I need my car. She told me I could bring it back in two weeks and they would “try” to fix it. I agreed. But after thinking about it.. there would be no way I’d take my car back to them..She said I could drop it off on Monday and pick it back up on Tuesday.. (How are you going to fix all of this in 24 hours) Also after I got it home I noticed they had cracked one of my windows…. This has been one of the worst experiences!! I took my car to another body shop and got an estimate on fixing everything they had messed up and the estimate come out to $8000 dollars. He couldn’t believe they done such a sorry job. All he could do was shake his head. I have pictures to show if anyone would like to see them. I strongly advise anyone considering this place to RUN. They completely messed a 30 thousand dollar vehicle up! They should be ashamed.. I wish I could leave 0 stars. Because they don’t even deserve a 1star review.

Affordable paint and body was fantastic to work with. We dialed in the perfect color to bring my vision to life. They are a production shop, so keep that in mind and be considerate. I did some masking work and removed lights/trim I didn’t want overspray on. In all, I am thrilled with the work, the photos speak for themselves.Service: Body & Trim

Have been twice, once for an estimate of body work, which was fair and reasonable, and then again for the body work. Was very quick and polite with their service and will absolutely be back and recommending to others.

Don't go here unless you have a car you don't care for. I got my car painted two years ago and they supposed to had removed some rust. First they painted my car the wrong color, the tape job was awful, they painted my muffler and my black trim. Then when I got them to redo it you can still see the old paint. Paint on windows and all. I should sue.
