This store has again mismatched my Superdeck std color and upon return I let them fix them to a darker but nearer to shade. Then for the next purchase they were out of base and do not even show me as a purchasing in over 6 months after sending me to another location that called them for the actual formula!!!!

I came in after work (about 5:20) to buy some Emerald paint that was 40% off. The young lady behind the counter with long hair and glasses did ask if there was something I needed. I mentioned I wanted to take advantage of the 40%, and she told me it was just on Emerald - which I knew from the email ad I received. I mentioned that I was aware of the limitation, and she just stared at me.. I asked her if they had a specific color. She found it for me and said anything else? Then, she proceeded to go back to standing behind the counter. I found the general attitude unwelcoming and minimal in terms of customer service. If I'm going to buy $109 paint (yes at $65), then it might be nice to have just a little more effort. This location used to be my go to for paint. Not anymore..at least for a while

For the past several years this has been my go to store, because it is within a mile of where I live. They are pretty knowledgeable and have met most of my needs. They sometimes don't have a particular paint on hand that I need, but they always call their other nearby stores to see if they have it on-hand before sending me there.

I know almost nothing about paint. The young lady helping me couldn't answer my questions in a clear way. She had to go to the back several times to verify answers for me to what I thought were basic questions. I just expect someone who works at a paint store to know about paint and be able to explain things like finishes to a lay person. There are better Sherwin-Williams in the area than this one.
