I had a great experience at the Sherwin-Williams store. Sales associate was a manager in training filling in from another store. But he really went out of his way to help me.

Stopped in to get some samples and color advice. Trey greeted and helped us right away. He was very nice and very knowledgeable about colors. His suggestions were great. This location is very lucky to have such a conscientious and customer service oriented employee! Sadly, it's a RARE thing today.We went back the next day after reviewing samples we took home. Trey helped us when he saw the other employee was busy. He was eating his lunch but stopped to come out and help us get our paint. Thank you, Trey. We will be back to this SW, even though we moved further away.

I went to get some paint, and there were two people in front of me waiting for mixed paint I stepped up to the counter, and not one of the 3 people behind the counter said anything or look at me. They check out one of the other people and still nothing for 15 minutes. They were more by I won't even say.

I've purchased paint for my home here on several occasions. They are always helpful and polite. I'm also happy that they can easily match other manufacturers' paint colors with no trouble. My favorite paint at SW is cashmere. I would recommend this store.

Excellent customer service. There's a chart to show you what paint to pick but the counter help always knows the best paint for the job. Awesome color options. We actually have a Sherwin-Williams closer to our home but this one is our go-to and has been for years.
