Horrible Experience.... kept my car four months. Every time I called to check they told us they were waiting for my car part and she was not even pleasant to me. Then after 4 months she calls me saying that they no longer make my car part and they can't help us. So I took my car elsewhere where they ordered my part and it arrived in 3days. Thanks to a different mechanic shop that had my car for 6 days my car is fixed and working perfectly. Action Auto never even gave an apology. They used to be my favorite go to but after this experience I will never again go there! Thank you

Seneca Auto Body Express is the best! Always returns calls, keeps you apprised, very nice girl who answers the phone. The manager is great!

I would never use them again. My car was there a month for minor damage. In fairness to the owner, he planned to fire the person responsible. I would call to get an update. I would be put on hold for 30 min. I was suppose to get updates on my phone but this never happened. The delay was not because of insurance. They tried to communicate with them also. I was not the only one this happened to.

This rating is not for the work that was done but for the unethical way our claim was handled. We were given an estimate by them of the work that needed to be done to our vehicle. We told them not to do anything additional unless they called us and got our approval. However they contacted our insurance company and got a copy of what they had approved and paid to us for the repairs. When we went to pick up the vehicle ABS had almost DOUBLED their original estimate, and lo and behold it was within $100 of what the insurance company had paid us less our deductible. All without any prior authorization from us. Not a very ethical way to do business!

Charged too much to fix my car then made my jeep worse. My sunroof is stuck open & water all in my floorboard coming from under the dash. Don't go there, doesn't back up his work! Wouldn't give 1 star if I could.

Auto Body Express repaired damage to my Durango caused by impacting a fox. The front bumper was replaced. It's a large plastic bumper that required removing and replacing lights, painting the new bumper to match the car, getting the new bumper in place... They did an excellent job. No hassle at all on my part. I took it by for them to assess the damage, they did all the paperwork for my insurance, ordered parts, set up a date to bring it in (just two days later). When I brought it in I just dropped off the keys... came back later and the car was like new. They washed it for me too. Absolutely no hassle for me. Everyone was extremely polite and easy to work with. They asked for my deductible to be paid in cash or by cashiers check, which is something I can relate to as a small business owner. They were recommended by State Farm and have a good relationship with them. They are able to handle all the paperwork so all I had to do was give them my insurance card, answer a few questions and we were done. I might have had to sign a piece of paper at the beginning and at the end of the process. Great experience.

They offer free estimates, body repair, auto refinishing, glass replacement, paintless dent removal and frame repair. Their repairs come with a lifetime warranty. The Service/Experience/Value I came across Autobody Express through State Farm Insurance. They were one of their prefered vendors. I've used them for both insurance covered damage and work I have paid to have them perform. They have repaired/replaced glass, body, moldings, and upholstery. They have performed high quality work and have always finished in a timely manner. I would recommend them based on my experience.
