I like this pharmacy and this is my main pharmacy to get my medicine from in St Matthews South Carolina and the staff is very friendly and everything it's just when you try to call this place to see if you know they got your medicine your prescription or just to see if they got your medicine feel so you can pick it up it's impossible I'll call 10 times to this place and it keeps saying busy line. This is unruly and I think that somebody should take up the phone the business is great the people the staff everything is great they do a wonderful job at keeping up with stuff it's just when it comes to refills and putting them together you have to call in prior to your pickup unless you know you want to wait for 30 minutes I've tried calling in today and I cannot get nobody on the phone so I don't know if the intentionally put the phone on mute so they cannot hear it because they don't want to answer the phone or if they didn't pay their phone bill. Either way I think they should be better at keeping up with customers calling in regarding their prescriptions and see if they need to be filled and everything else this is the first time I ever had a problem. Usually after one or two calls somebody will call me back and ask what could they do to help me but I've been calling 10 times this morning and nobody call me back and still a busy line.

Mr. Mike and his staff are great! Been using them for almost 10 yrs!

I honestly don't have any problems with the pharmacy. Mr. Mike is very nice and very helpful and does everything he can to help out. Josh is as well just as awesome. Only issue is some times its hard to get in touch with them. But they do stay extremely busy.

Love everything about this pharmacy! Definitely a hometown pharmacy where they treat you like family. Mr Mike is always going to look out for you. He don't mind calling doctors to have them change a prescription because it works better with your insurance. Instead of other big pharmacies that will just fill the prescription and surprise you with $100 copay, Mr Mike really looks out for his customers. And the ladies always greet you with a smile and kind words.
