The customer representative called back yesterday jan4,24 .like she said .rashida . I think was her name .I got one representative.out of 6. new what to do .she changed payment date . other s told me you can't change payment date

Need to work on their customer service. There were two employees working this morning. One was helping a customer with her phone. The 2nd was involved at length in a personal conversation with a customer. They talked about where they each were from, the Panthers, the SC supreme court justices, and a myriad of other personal issues, what they were NOT discussing was anything that had to do with Verizon. I waited patiently for 10 plus minutes of this and was completely ignored even though I was standing less than 5 feet from this employee. At some point she needs to excuse herself from the personal conversations and help a customer (me, and a 2nd customer that was standing behind me), but that did not happen. When the 1st employee finished up with his customer he came over and helped me, thank you dude. Meanwhile the other employee kept on with her inane conversations.

Associates are knowledgeable, we were waited on quickly, and our needs were met without a problem. The store is quiet and peaceful, and there are places to sit that have chargers for your phone. There are plenty of phones for sale, along with accessories, watches, Google home kits, and other items.

Very nice employees but super slow. I waited about 15-20 minutes before being helped. They had two employees helping and one employee checking people in. Not too bad but I've never waited that long at a cell phone spot. Plus, I'm new to Verizon.

Switched 4 lines from a different provider and what a waste of time , travel and money. Worst service ever, rude and inadequate. Made atleast 6 visits in less than 3 weeks to get things done! Overpaid already!

Devon is the best! It was a very quick transaction. He was open and honest with the information and everything was done fairly easily. There were no complications or anything secretly in the background. Very polite and professional!

Absolutely terrible customer service!!!! You walk in and all the employees are standing around talking like it's a hangout spot. You'll also get told on the phone that it will be free to swap data from an old phone to a new phone, you get there and a smug p**** named Derrick I believe wants to tell you that you must pay $30 to swap data per line. Derrick will continue to laugh at you and act like his job as a Verizon employee is a joke. Although he didn't tell me that all I had to do was turn both phones on and hit swap data and answer a few questions. Complete money grab, terrible way to treat your customers of over 25 years. Will never be returning to the rock hill Verizon store because of its pitiful customer service. I would recommend to go to any other branch than rock hill even if it means driving to another town. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!!!

I desperately needed a new phone today. I went to Verizon in Rock Hill and JOSH was very instrumental in assisting me to get a new phone. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and displayed really good customer service. Thank you Josh for all your help.

My husband and I were in the store Sept. 6th and Danielle helped us upgrade our phones. She was very thorough and very helpful. She made our trip very pleasant.I had to return on the 7th because my Apple Watch froze while I was trying to sync it with my new phone. Ruben helped me get this corrected. He was very pleasant, professional and accommodating.We have been to this store multiple times and this was the best experience we have had at this Verizon store. Our experiences in the past have been BP very lack luster and we felt like they just wanted to get us what we needed and out of their hair.I understand Ruben is the manager, and I think he’s made the customer support there top notch.

Was 10 min after close and was met by Ruben the manager at the door who told me they couldn't help me - through the glass although there were other customers inside. Was literally just trying to pick up a paid for order, which I communicated and was told no.... quality customer service.
