I have been to many Ulta’s and the Rock Hill location is one of my favorites! Everyone is so fun and welcoming. You can tell they work hard to keep the shelves stocked with what they have and if they don’t have it, they will order it for you. There are always people around if you need help and if not, they don’t hover over you.I have witnessed some of the employees having to deal with awful customers and they do it in stride. People need to realize that retail is hard work and constantly having to deal with customers that think the world revolves around them can be exhausting. The Ulta ladies are rockstars!

I love coming to this location because everyone is so nice! So far, I have been helped by Kat, Tabitha, Erica and Haley….I can’t choose a favorite because they are all so amazing. Hire more people like them at every Ulta! Even when the store is out of a product I need, they always offer to order it for me and Erica is so knowledgeable about the app and all the coupons on there. I can tell the people that work here really love it.

I visited the Clinique counter and Tia’s customer service was top tier. This was my first experience being color matched and wow, my foundation is perfect!

Tabatha the store manager was AMAZING! She helped my mother and I find skin care and makeup to suite our different needs and helped us stay within the budget we had. She took her time and offered priceless tips for us both.

Horrible. The employees and managers are extremely rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. They lack basic customer service skills and are nasty. This location is trash.

i went into the store my friends today looking for a new foundation. i usually don’t ask for help but a older women with dark brown hair came up to us. seemed like a higher up manager but i’m not sure. she asked if we needed help and we said no. all i asked her of a certain brand that had caught my eye was new as i had never seen it before. she continued going on about the brand after. i immediately told her it was a little out of my price range as a lot of the skincare products ranged from 70-90 dollars (which i could afford. but couldn’t justify the price for the products). also made several comments about how we were in the more expensive side of the store so everything on this side i “wouldn’t be able to afford “ (i thought two things products from that side that she did not help me with) she continued asking me the products i use, and to each one she told me it was bad and how she didn’t enjoy it. extremely rude to tell a customer the products she liked suck…. just to try to sell them something else after i explained how i did not need anymore primers or concealers. she continued to lead me around the store after i told her i didn’t help just to show me another foundation in the same price range that i told her i was not wanting to spend. why show me a 60 dollar foundation after i told her i didn’t want to spend them ? then again led me to a 80 dollar primer ? her whole purpose was telling me the “cheap stuff” wasn’t good and that i needed to by the expensive stuff after telling her i didn’t want to. overall she was very rude and pushy. and i told her i didn’t need help multiple times. i want this employee to be aware to help the guest with what they are shopping for and not show them things they’ve already expressed they do not want to buy

DO NOT BUY HERE! I bought a perfume, it was my first in this store chain. I was not offered to register my number and the register used the phone number of the person behind me. A week later I wanted to return the product and I didn't have the receipt, I went to the store with all the necessary information and asked them to reprint the receipt. They told me I had to call customer service, I called and they told me I had to speak to the store manager. I spoke to Lee Co Sales Manager and told her that I just needed the receipt reprinted and she refused to help me and said that I had to call the customer center, at this point all the customers were looking at me as if I was causing a problem in the store super compelling. I explained to her that I had already called and she refused to help me and told me there was nothing she could do. I still need other products sold in the store but I am so disappointed with the service that I will look for another place to buy my products. I leave this warning so you don't go through the same humiliating situation that I went through.

So many open products are strewn about. Unkempt store. The checkout staff was nice. Other staff seemed overwhelmed on the floor and chose to ignore customers rather than offer any assistance.

I went to the Ulta in Rock Hill for the first time today because I had an appointment at the Benefit Brow Bar with Tabitha.From the moment I walked in to the time I departed, I was in pure heaven.As soon as I walked through the double glass doors, I was greeted by a most exquisite gal by the name of Erica. Her warm welcome and big, beautiful smile instantly made me feel at home. I told her I was there for an appointment at the Brow Bar and she took me right to my comfy seat where I met Tabitha. She talked me through the process of what she was going to do and from then on, we had a blast! She made me laugh more than I have in months! Tabitha is a real treat. Not only did she take me from a Bushy BonBon to a total Bene-Babe, she made my whole day with her jokes.After my appointment, Erica asked me if I going to shop around for anything and I told her I didn’t have any plans in mind so she then told me about some of the sales happening and before I knew it, I had a basket that was getting full! She helped me find all the deals and I was so happy.Run, don’t walk, to the Ulta in Rock Hill for the most amazing experience ever!

Go get your brows waxed at the Benefit Brow Bar . Tabitha did a wonderful job. She is extremely helpful, talented , and has great knowledge about brows and the products.

Getting brow services at the Benefit Brow Bar is always a great experience. Tabitha is the best. She has a great personality and holds great conversation. She is very knowledgeable about brows and the products! Definitely a 10/10!

Be careful with doing a pick up here. Employee named Anna is not checking IDs, lying and saying she is, and handing out orders to the wrong people. Then lying about it and now I can’t get what I ordered. Shameful.

I went in today on 11/22 to get a few things from the black friday sale. Let’s start with how rude the cashier was. Talking to coworkers and talking about weekend plans and using nasty language in front of me and not paying attention to anything she was going, the first or second time we had an interaction. I got to the counter and she told me my total was $125 which sounded super off since most of the things i got were on sale, so i went to the car and looked at my receipt and realized the shampoo and conditioner I got (Joico defy damage) was not discounted as the $15 a piece it was supposed to be, it was full price. So I looked online and this kind was not included in the sale even though they have the promotion posted IN STORE right by the shampoo and conditioner i bought, but whatever. I went back in and told the cashier (Chyenn I believe) that I got the wrong shampoo and conditioner and needed to exchange it. Mind you, I took my whole bag in to return my things, so I asked if she wanted to keep it at the register and she asked why would she want to do that, and I told her I didn’t want them to think I was stealing and just cramming things into my bag, she rolled her eyes and took it. I went and got the right stuff, went back to her, and she completely messed up the transaction by ringing in an eyelash curler I bought saying I was returning it, and then the conditioner, not the shampoo. Told me I was getting $2 back. So again, didn’t sound right but couldn’t make any sense of it. Took it home to my fiancé and he said she charged me price and a half for my new shampoo and had absolutely no reason to say she was returning my eyelash curler. Had to go back for a 3rd time and get it fixed. You really shouldn’t have people working here that can’t do a simple transaction.

Yevette in the salon was amazing! So kind and personable. Super funny and easy to talk to! She really did an amazing job on my hair and gave me a wonderful first time getting my hair done professionally. She went above and beyond and even spent extra time being sure it was right! 10/10 would recommend and go back.
