I was promptly greeted. The service technician listened to what I wanted. I change my oil more frequently than the dealer recommends and it was fine. He told me to relax in the customer lounge and said it would be about an hour or less. He came and got me when my vehicle was ready. After I paid he walked me to my truck. Great service!!

Very disappointed with the quality of service from this Toyota dealership! Our company has 5 Toyotas from 2020-2023. Recently one of our crews were in the Rock Hill area and experienced an issue with the Tundra making a “noise” this dealership charged $554.61 to diagnose $8,200 worth of repairs! We were advised it was not safe to drive home but vehicle was still drive able so we brought it back home to WV to take to a local dealership. After $150 here locally to run the same diagnostics we are being charged $2300. CLEARLY Toyota of Rock Hill (Tim Fox) seen a well kept company vehicle with Logos and seen it was from out of town and thought they could take us for whatever amount they wanted to charge by trying to “scare us” by saying it was not safe to drive! Not the case!!! Watch out for this dealership especially if it’s a vehicle owned by a company from out of town!

For an apt at 6:30 am 1:45 seemed a long time to get oil service and tire rotation performed. The associate was very polite. Once returning home I found oil all over the underside of the vehicle and still dripping out of the skid plate onto the garage floor. Once I started to clean it up I found a bit of oil laying int the skid plate, all over the undercarriage. The tech should have been more careful and also cleaned up the mess before returning the vehicle to me. Not right that you get deer service then spend 30 min at home cleaning up their mess

I go through my ups and downs with this dealership but I must say they always stand by their brand and make things right.
I bought the resistall detail package and wanted to get a detailed cleaning done of my RAV4, we had some confusion initially but things worked out in the end.
