I took my husband to get a haircut, and he was very pleased. It seemed very strange to me, because my husband is very picky. I was very happy with the service and haircut style. I recommend this place highly!

The stylist informed us repeatedly that she would not be responsible for the blow out during to the humidity outside. She made reference to coming back another time. It is always hot and humid in SC unless its January. She made my daughter very uncomfortable. Then the stylist added we needed to sign a consent form for liability. It's a hair salon not Sky Zone. It became even more uncomfortable for my daughter so we did not continue with the services. Paid for wash and condition and left. The stylist was probably very challenged with the hair texture my daughter has. Probably unable to provide the service we requested. Never again, very disappointed!

My stylist was wonderful she did my hair just exactly the way I wanted her to. Even though she was running that store all by herself not one other employee. Will definitely return for her to keep it trimmed up

I’ve taken my Grandma here before but yesterday was trying on our patience. We made an appointment for opening time and we got there and it wasn’t open. The hair dresser showed up after 20 mins and she had no help. I understand things happen but why only schedule one opener? The service my Grandma received was great no complaints there. The only thing I noticed that lacks at the place is a designated receptionist. I feel this would make things run smoother if they had a dedicated receptionist instead of all the hairdressers trying to juggle that and their clients at the same time.

NEVER AGAIN! i called before coming to ask price for a wash and blow dry, was told $14. came in store and was not greeted stood for about 2 minutes. finally asked what i needed said wash and blow dry (NOT STRAIGHTENED, JUST BLOW DRY) was asked if i was natural said yes, was told it would be around $36 because of length my hair reaches the back of my neck barley and 2 hours!!! for a blow dry and wash, mind you i was told $14 earlier. clearly everyone needs to get on the same accord. there was also someone sitting down and i guess did not want to help me.

Let me begin by saying that this will be my last time visiting this particular location. I contemplated over posting a review or not, but ultimately decided to proceed due to of a culmination of things. I called to schedule an appointment for my daughter to get her natural hair shampooed and blown out, because we were unable to secure a last minute appointment with her regular hair stylist. Was told that they could get me in at 4:30pm that day. I was quoted a price of $25. I then inquired as to whether she could also get her hair braided on the same day or if that would require additional time. Ariel stated that she would be able to do it and asked what type of style I wanted. I indicated that I only wanted a simple updo with no additions added to her hair. The price I was quoted was $35, so I asked if that price also included the shampoo or if it was an additional fee. She said it was included so I proceeded with scheduling the appointment. I arrived to the salon at 4:25 and was greeted by another stylist who asked if I was there to see the stylist in question (Ariel) and I said yes. I was told that she said she'd be back in a few minutes and I that I could sit in the waiting area. The two employees who were there were extremely nice and engaging. As time passed (10 minutes at this point), I asked if either one of them could call Ariel to let her know that we had arrived. They called, but received no answer. After 15 minutes had passed, they sent her a text to which she responded by saying she was "on her way". The two stylists were very apologetic for my wait, stating that they didn't know why it was taking her so long to come back. I informed them that had I not needed my daughter's hair done, I would have left by now. After waiting 30 minutes, an individual who I assumed was Ariel walks in/signs in (I spoke to her first) and goes to her chair. Without an apology, explanation or introduction, she says "She can come on over". I responded by saying "Oh YOU'RE Ariel. Nice to meet you." I was cordial and attempted to make small talk with her throughout the appointment, but I noticed that she was perhaps having an 'off day' or was either upset that I'd asked her coworkers to contact her, so I stopped trying. The other stylists did continue to engage in conversation with me, however. She actually did a good job with my daughter's hair and was pleasant to her when interacting with her. I even considered giving a tip despite the lack of customer service I was provided as a first time client. The main issue I have is that when it was time to pay, I was given a price that was inflated to $65 which is a vast difference from what I was initially quoted via phone. When I asked why there was in an increase, she informed me that it was because of the style that my daughter received. The style she received was a simple braided updo with no extra hair added. Totally NOT worth $65. To avoid confrontation in front of my daughter, I paid it. Needless to say, I opted not to tip and will not be returning to this location for future services.
