Amy is absolutely AMAZING. I had to purchase a new phone today and I was in and out within minutes but couldn't get my new phone to work because I had forgotten my password ...I went back in the store and without hesitation she quickly reset my password and got my new working. Her customer service skills are 1000%, she never made feel like I was irritating or being a nuisance like some salespeople do, she had a lot of patience with me when I didn't have it for myself. SHE'S THE BEST!!! MetroPCS on Heckle Blvd.

Could not rate a NEGATIVE number or i would. My son bought phone and service Thursday evening and Friday phone just stopped working. He has to wait 6 days for new phone, they would not give him a new one. Wanted to charge him for temporary phone. Heard all the i am sorrys which does not help.So now he is without a phone. Poor customer service, would not recommend them to anyone.

I would rather drive all the way back to Atlanta for service than ever walk back into this location. Old dude was very nasty and rude. The other employee was trying to answer my questions but this man came from the back and was so snappy. I just walked out.
