The first time I came, they told me they were busy so come back in a hour … I called to ask if he is still busy and he said I can’t tell you what time just come. so I drove all the way down there for him to tell me that he is closing and it’s not even 7 o’clock so I wasted gas once again

This place needs to be reported! I was chased down to my car accused of not paying the correct amount because she cannot count. I also left her a tip. She came flying at me and then apologized because she seen that it was the correct count. I will never go to this nail salon again. I was embarrassed. People were asking me if I was OK. This was not right. They charge an extra 15$ for gel polish when it’s usually $10 anywhere else they did a horrible job and I will not return my nails look bad.

I have never in 36 years been to a nail salon that has absolutely no customer service nor bedside manner. Not to mention they want $10-$20 just to add on gel nail polish per a service that’s for your nails and then again for your toes. if you decide to get regular nail polish just note they do not have any actual dryers so you will just be sitting there in front of a tiny little fan trying to dry your nails for over 30 minutes!! I wouldn’t recommend this nail salon to anyone other than the health department!!

I usually get my eyebrows done here. It's annoying they only take cash for nails. Even when you get your nails done also, they will take a card for nails but make you pay cash for eyebrows. The last 3 times I've went to get them done, each time they can't do them. One time they said the lady who does the brows was one vacation (I understand that), but the other 2 times there was 2 ppl getting their nails done, but no one waiting. They say it's a "long wait", I ask how long, but they won't tell me a time just say long wait. Another time I walked in there and no one was waiting, but they said they can't do it today. It was 2pm and asked if I could come back later in the day and they just said no. They're rude and it appears to me they just don't want to take customers. Don't recommend!

This is the worse and the most disrespectful nail place in Rock Hill. You will sit for hours while they keep asking you to wait. Every 15 minutes you are told 15 more minutes. The woman name Joanne will stop doing your pedicure or manicure and start on anyone who just walked in. I sat their today from 11:40 til 12:45 and just walked out. This is the second time and I will never return. Both times I walked out. Wish I could give 0 stars for customer service and respect. 10 stars for rudeness

i give a two star because the first time i came in it was very quick to get my nails done the guy did an amazing job! my fill in was only 35 dollars very cheap compared to other places i have been. i came back for a second visit but i got a different nail tech. i thought things would go fine as my past experience was great. however my nails came out the wrong shape the design i asked for isn't even close to what this lady gave me. it looks terrible and i am very unhappy with the service i received. if i do decide to come back to k nails i will specifically ask for the guy i had my first visit.Services: Acrylic nails

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN DO NOT RECOMMEND! Nails came out lumpy & POLISH is not done right at all baby shower was the next day & I cried because he want wanted to argue with me about him doing it right . DO NOT COME HERE !!!

I got a French manicure today that looks no where near natural. I asked for an American manicure & he said they don’t do. He wouldn’t even listen to me explain what an American manicure looks like. When I got home I had to file a lot of rough nail ends & he was on the phone the entire time I was there. And he was very rude to customers that called for an appointment during my manicure. He never asked me was I happy w/ the results. He just did his own thing. I’ll never go back. Wish they wore name tags.

Horrible service. I don’t recommend to anyone. I went today for a pedicure and usually after the polish, the stylist will put a clear coat on top your toes. The woman who did my toes did not, and when I asked her about it she said “Oh again?” As if she already did when she clearly did not. Then she only put clear coat on one of my feet, and when I held up the other foot she just walked off. She did not clean up around my toes at all. Very sloppy job.
