I made an appointment online for 10:00 this morning (02/07/2024). I arrived a few minutes early and waited in the car as they open at 10:00. I sat in the car waiting to see activity such as lights and the closed sign being changed. I finally went to the door at 10:15 and there was a small sign saying they are temporarily closed and not taking new business. If this is the case, why would appointments be accepted online and no message on the phone message. Thank you for nothing but a colossal waste of time.

I can get on touch with them my daughter left her laptop and they do not answer the phone or calls and they have the laptop for 3 weeks it’s impossible to get my laptop back I emailed them and I do not hear anything back from them I went and they were closed…

I took my phone in on a Friday for Broken screen I Picked it up Friday afternoon after getting down the road I found that the phone wouldn’t charge and having GPS issues . I didn’t have time to bring it back so I had to go buy a wireless charger . I took it back the following week told the manager/owner issue about the issues The charging issue was fixed however GPS still not working it will freeze while moving and catch up when you come to a stop . When I picked it up no sorry for the inconvenience or what the actual issue was Just “everything is fixed”. I’ve always had good experiences here is why I’m giving 3 stars

I took my laptop to this place, they told me the battery was not working, we buy a new one, a few months later the laptop did not turn on, I took it to the same place, they kept it for a week and when I went to pick it up, they couldn't tell me what happens .. They didn't give me no diagnostic??♀️

My first time here was when I brought my laptop in because it had been stuck on a download for months and would never fully install. The next day they called me and told me it was ready!! That was FAST and the cost was under $30!!! Today I brought my phone in with a cracked screen protector, he offered to change it for me and the cost was little to nothing!!!! I’ll definitely be bringing in more electronics!!!! These guys are polite, fast, and very reasonably priced!!!

I would give give zero stars if I could. Maybe one star just because the guy at the front desk was nice to me. I had the back glass of my iphone replaced and when I got my phone back I should have checked everything right away but I didn’t because I’m a trusting idiot. When I got home and checked my phone the edges of the back glass still had a bunch of glue on them and weren’t even flush to the phone. However, I was going to accept it because my phone case covers it. Then I went on vacation and when I took out my phone to take a picture my phone camera was blurry and it definitely wasn’t smudged. It looked like there was condensation in the camera lense or dried glue, not sure what it was but it sure wasn’t there before I got my phone “fixed”. I almost went back to have them fix that too but decided not to just in case they would break the whole phone. I even put my phone is silica overnight to try and get the condensation out which should have never been there. I wasn’t going to leave a bad review, but I just dropped my phone (I will admit I can be clumsy and drop my phone from time to time, which the original backing of the phone was able to withstand for countless amount of times) for the first time after getting the back replaced and the back glass not only shattered but completely came off. It looked as though they barely put any glue on the back and the glass was horrible quality. I now have duct tape on my phone to hold it together and obviously will need a new phone because they have ruined my trust in any phone fixing service. If you see this experimax, I’m sorry but I have to give my honest review and I never ever review anything. Also, I’ll accept a refund if you offer it because this has been a terrible experience.

My son locked himself out of his iPad so I came here to unlock it. I paid $20 and it was not unlocked. Whatever they used to unlock the iPad, it was reset using the person’s iCloud info who worked there. I then had to contact apple show proof of purchase and have them unlock the iPad (which took a week). Long story short, don’t go here just contact Apple and save yourself the loss of time, money and aggravation.

This store is closed. I have been by there a couple times to pick up my repaired items and no one was there. The phone doesn't get answered.
