I'm giving this store five stars only because of the associate named David who works there, so I'll give his boss a thumbs up too for hiring him and supporting him I don't wanna go into it again I'd really like to put it behind me, but here goes, let's just say I had four horrible days dealing with a billing issue and service issue. it was quite unbelievable to me how no one was able to complete the simplest of tasks The worst part of it was being lied to if the previous associates had simply told me they don't know what to do and that they needed to get back to me that would've been the perfect answer but instead they told me that refund would be processed within 24 hours and about five other fibs. all I wanted to do was buy more data who would think this would be such an unattainable goal with a phone company, but it was so I gave them money for it. They were unable to give me the data to make things worse they were unable to give me my money back, it was but I'm here to tell you had the patience and the professionalism to help me in the state that I was in. I was very very irate. I was contemplating calling the police because I truly feel like there's no difference someone coming and taking money out of my pocket book. (stealing) I mean they pretty much were taking my money and not giving it back and worse still not giving me what I paid for!! I have been overwhelmed with customer service associates being super nice on the phone all of them promising to take care of me and handle the issues. I have been overwhelmed with associates, saying these things and promising these things and delivering absolutely zero. In other words they are they all lied and this is become common place with phone companies. I have it experienced it and it is the reason I left Verizon after 35 years I was with them when they were owned by they were known by another name then I went to Tmobile as far as being lied to on the phone, they are the worst so far , they'll tell you anything to get you to sign up for something and the store in Lancaster the T-Mobile store in Lancaster I get physically ill every time I walk by it when people lie to me look me in the face and tell me an out out lie I want to do something about it but I can't legally I can't it's simply gets down to ethics and morals by the way who's the president? Maybe things will get better when we actually have a lead in the government , someone who won't let big corporations take advantage of the little guy and out in blatantly keep money that's not theirs and they're doing it to people who are literally starving in the United States right now people people that are living penny to p enny... i've never been this poor I've never been hungry in my life before where I could not afford to buy something to eat. That's how bad things have been for me this past year and then, when these big corporations overcharge me or take money from me, that's not theirs and refuse to give it back, it's so upsetting because I don't have an extra dollar I been hungry for two days and one more person looked at me and said will give you your refund. I heard 24 hours I heard 3 to 7 days if I had to listen to that one more time I was ready to call the police , anyone out there know what I'm talking about? Big corporations don't care about ethics and the basic right and wrong for the little people anymore. they don't know that that $10 you gave them was your last $10 for two weeks but I know I've gone somewhat off-topic but thank goodness for David because now I can actually do this !!!! Give kudos to David at boost in rock Hill. If you need phone service, Internet, service and good customer service go to David at the boost store in rock Hill and you will not be disappointed. Look for me to start a blog soon I've got a lot to say.

This has to be the worst location ever. The people are nice if you talk to them but they are never open. It’s 9:40 and the sign is flashing open but the door is locked. This happens all the time and unfortunately it’s the closest one to me.

Great experience at Boost Mobile Anderson Rd location in Rock Hill, SC. Stefan was fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and highly professional. He is a great asset to the organization. Grateful for an outstanding experience yesterday. Stefan helped me and got me on my way quickly. Thank you, Sir! Highly recommend.

So Boost stores are franchised and this store adds their own fees not associated with corporate. This means they are stealing your money. Go anywhere else or it will cost you more than it does anywhere else in the local area! Buyer beware!!!!

Clerk that works there seems to be angry about something every time I've been in there. She told a gentleman to put on his big boy pants and call the 1 800 number. I lost $25 on a phone case in store..only owner gives refunds and only when he is in store.

If I could give it SIX stars, I would! I am a new Boost mobile customer and I could not get a sim card to work with a cell phone, both of which were brand new Boost mobile devices. After many long and agonizing hours spent on phone support, I went to a dealer in the hopes that maybe they could help. Luckily, with the dedicated service of Destiny the problem is fully resolved and I am now a happy customer! Thank you again!
