Couldn't have been a smoother closing experience. From the start, Kim and Candy made the process effortless, even recommended that we up the price slightly (which we had NO problem with!) Sold it for list price in 11 days. Communication was always spot on and with quick answers to out myriad of questions. The process of selling a house can be intimidating and stressful, but that was not the case with Kim and Candy!

Kim and her team are exceptional! They were thorough and professional from beginning to end—from helping us get the house ready to list to resourcing us with vendors for repairs, etc. We had 3 offers on our home, selling over list price within the first weekend! I picked (after much research and consideration) a n agent I liked. She really wasn't finding any properties that fit my criteria and that was fine, I wasn't in any hurry, then out of the blue she dumps me onto another agent without even giving the courtesy to let me know she was no longer available. Complete lack of professionalism!

Shameka was the best realtor we could have asked for! Always responsive any time, found us exactly the type of homes to look at we were interested in- even stayed in touch with us after buying to wish us a one month anniversary and make sure we were still happy.
