Not only was the store super cute, display-wise, but the employees were amazing! Sadly, I didn’t get to see the older gentleman’s name tag, but I did see LeeAnn’s! Both were great. I’m usually a little scared to ask for help, but the gentleman was extremely kind. He helped me find the corn broom I’ve been searching for forever. Everybody seemed to be in good spirits and genuinely happy to be at work.Thank you guys. I’ve never stepped in a Tractor Supply before, but I’m going to make it point to try and shop there more from now on. It’s not often that you see great customer service anymore.

This is a nice location. My daughter gets food for her hollandlop here. It's clean and staff is friendly. They have baby chicks and ducks on location and a dog wash station.

Great supply, friendly staff. I buy garden lime—they have the cheap 50 lb bags—bulk pine pellets for cat litter, metal buckets, and of course ? chicks. Many supplies for horses, dogs, cats, chickens, as well as seasonal items. And chicks, did I mention chicks?

Would give 0 stars if I could... Being trailed through the store like a common thief every time I go into this place is becoming a bit ridiculous. This morning I was trailed by a redhead employee after telling her I was checking prices on feed, after buying feed from another local feed company prior to going to TSC. I wanted to see if prices at TSC were comparable or not. I came into the store to buy deer feed products and almost left my purchase behind due to how uncomfortable I was made to feel during this, which will most likely be my last visit.I understand companies need to have loss prevention and understand how loss prevention works but when your standing within 10 feet of me and my pregnant wife, staring at us and circling around the isle looking for us to "steal" something, your job as loss prevention is now considered harassment and is ineffective when your tailing honest patrons. Once I decided to stay stationary in the hunting section, she tailed my pregnant wife to the restroom and went in after her to inspect for items. Keep in mind my wife went into the restroom empty-handed and 9 months pregnant.When a patron is walking around carrying a gallon of deer attractant and looking at oversized objects, it's about impossible to walk out of the store with them under cover.This isn't the first time I've felt this way in this store. I frequently would go to this store to purchase homesteading tools and equipment but as of lately, I feel my business would be more appreciated elsewhere with small local businesses.Regardless, we did make our purchase at the register while my wife was having active contractions and walked out of this store for the last time. Thanks Orangeburg TSC for your "professional" manner.

I purchased a lawnmower on June 21, 2022. I was on register 2 but it would not allow the cashier to cash me out. The cashier said my debit card was not charged although it was. I was moved to another registered and my card was debited for more money. In total I was debited $1,800. The next day I went back to the store to speak with a manger that could refund my money. Well that’s disaster number one. He proceeded to tell me that is not a charge on my account and it will be back on my account within days, one week later I returned to the store and at this time two very nice cashiers assisted me to the best of their ability. Although they refused to call customer solutions as one stated “I do not like to call them”. That was disaster number two. Needless to say it is now July 29 and tractor supply customer solutions has offered nothing but unanswered calls and emails. I have had two out of 12 great customer service reps but some even hung up on me. All I needed was my refund and it took my bank to dispute the charge to finally get “MY REFUND”!! This store will not get any more time or money from me. One last thing, no one called me ever to give me an update or to apologize for the inconvenience. I called them over 13 times!!!! I never had this type of service with any store.

I walked in and just stood there a moment. If was easily twice the size as my home store in NH spent an hour just walking around, very friendly staff, eager to help, they helped carry heavier items. Can't wait to visit again
