I come here all the time. I love the customer service and the cashiers are pretty fast and helpful. Lately I have been coming and there is this nasty assistant manager, her name is GRACIE. She is very rude and not approachable. When you ask her for help, it seems like I’m bothering her. I try to only come when she is not there because I enjoy coming and don’t want that person to mess up my experience. My child applied there and unfortunately she had to deal with her throughout some of the hiring process. It is obvious sometimes they are short staff and that they need people but GRACIE is very nasty and rude and makes people reconsider the job with her attitude. Someone needs to do something with this manager or else this Ross won’t have enough employees or returning customer.

Merchandise is on point, especially for action figure collectors. But the customer service…well it’s Ross, so they hate their lives lol. Sometimes the cashiers up front are friendly. But the ones on the floor, you are usually in their way lol. That’s how they act anyways, that you need to move.
The store is a bit messy but that’s to be expected the customers trash the store…they can only clean up so much before they get slammed again with MESSY customers. While yes there is a bit of racial profiling. But tbh it’s not too underserved because yeah…they trash the store with their 45 kids and show very little respect it’s not a language barrier it’s an etiquette thing.
So Know what you’re shopping here for.
Cheap prices and good merchandise lol. If you understand this? Then this Ross isn’t so bad.

The store is a MESS employees are rude and I'm assuming the female manager/supervisor is the worst. Attitude for days and could absolutely care less about the customers. Don't waste your time going to this store.!!
