Had damage on rear bumper and hatch area from minor accident on my 2020 Mazda CX-5. Called Mazda dealership and they recommended Platinum Automotive. Platinum body department was very helpful and understanding. Service was excellent as well as the repair. My SUV has less than 25,000 miles on it so it is in nearly new condition. I was happy to see their repairs reflected the new condition of the vehicle.

Took my 2007 audi q7 there to have a diagnostic and intake manifold put on i pick my truck up when they were done paid $2600 and intake manifold blew out the same day!!!!! Got truck towed back to thier shop by thier tow truck driver and they charge $130 smfh just sad!!! They told me they changed my fuel injector seals but when a mobile mechanic came to my house to install new injectors he show me that the seals were busted so platinum lied about changing the seal and charged me for it that place is a total rip offthey can never get my business ever again in life i had a mobile mechanic come to my house and put new intake manifold and fuel injectors and my truck running perfect ever since wish i knew about the mobike mechanic before i went to platinum because i could've saved thousands of dollars mobile mechanic only charged me $800 to put new intake and fuel injectors on platinum charged me 2,600 and truck still wasnt right
