I went here twice asking for help asking to cancel a number and second time i went i wanted my account number all those ladies tell me is “call this number they will help you”. How hard was it look up my information and help me ?

Was supposed to receive a phone call back but never gotten a call cricket phones are no longer affordable even the basic Android cost over 100 dollars it's definitely time to switch carriers

I must say I'm happy to see a cricket that has Spanish-speaking workers! I personally speak both Spanish and English but my fiancé is only fluent in Spanish so when he goes in there by himself, I know that he is usually helped and doesn't need my help to translate. Unfortunately, yesterday we went to do a simple transaction of transferring one line to another Account, the older, Hispanic lady that helped us out was kind I could tell she was a little impatient as I was having a hard time understanding exactly what we were needing to do enable to process what we wanted to do, but the much younger Hispanic girl next to her that was helping a gentleman kept rolling her eyes, as if she was annoyed with me asking questions I've worked in customer service of my life, and I have never rolled my eyes at a customer in front of them we all know that sometimes we get annoyed when people don't understand something, but isn't it etiquette to be polite when you're in front of people there helping or at least if you're just standing there listening and I'm not even bothering you! I appreciate the lady helping us as she was patient and in explaining everything, But because of the other girl, I hate to say, I cannot give this place five stars! Stop getting customer, service jobs just because you speak both languages but when the Hispanic customers come in, you're annoyed and pissed off and don't want to help them I get that we were there an hour before closing or a little bit before that but I respect leaving in a timely manner, and we were not there until closing! And if I am annoying you as a customer walk to the back or wait until I'm gone!

Sometimes they serve bilingual staff, other times they close before the hours published on the door, the service they offer is sometimes not the best and if you buy a phone there they force you to stay with them for 6 months so as not to leave them. I don't approve of that way they work.
