“I actually had 2 experience. The first time it was very unpleasant. A person, called Charlie- apparently the manager was pretty much ready to throw me out because I had the nerve to show up 20 minutes before closing. He was so combative that I was strongly considering to choose another facility. But thank god for Brenda!! What an incredibly friendly and helpful person! In my opinion she should be the manager! She made this whole process so smooth and pleasurable. Now I just have to figure out how not to face that guy, Charlie again!”
“Just picked up our Fusion from C&G. Had a great experience from the desk to pick up. Cost was less than 2 other garages and C&G used genuine ford parts to replace my Purge valve. Would definitely recommend!!!”

“After having numerous problems with the repairs Hadwin White was supposed to do to my truck, I brought it down to C&G Auto and Truck for them to diagnose. I was so happy with my decision after they showed me exactly what the problem was that I decided to have them do some additional work a few weeks later. The honesty of this repair shop and the friendliness of the front end staff especially Jay, who went above and beyond to get me in so quick was absolutely incredible. This shop has earned all of my trust and I will not use anyone else in the future.”

“New management and better rental experience I’ve rented from this location multiple.times and was always treated rudely and like I owed them something or like why am I here employees didn’t care what was going on with customers before now the manager was very helpful and her helper greeted me at the van and checked me in when I arrived at drop off location I will be back to rent again”
“Sharon the assistant manager at this location was extremely helpful! We had an issue with a reservation at another location and when we talked to her the process was extremely smooth. We came to pick up the van and she couldn't have been more professional and polite given our situation. Enterprise needs more leaders like Sharon!”
“i ordered and received a toilet after 9 days waiting. i paid $190.00 for the install to be done by ars on 8/23. no sign of them. i called their place of business. i have no idea what the "heck" is going on and apparently neither do they. home depot screwed this one up. ars will be out 8/24 so they tell me. hd had messed up the delivery date and therefore the install date was put on "hold." the toilet sits in my living room. hd never contacted me at all to let me know what happened. had i not dug into this issue this morning, hd would have had my money on my hd credit card and i guess i could have decorated the toilet for christmas in my living room. disgusted? you bet!”
“The size I rented online was not available but I wasn’t charged more for the larger truck. Also I was able to last minute rent an extra day. Amy & her daughter were very accommodating. They went out of their way to help me out. Overall the my experience was very good.”
