Associate that help me was very cold . She didn't even look at my receipt then gave me the wrong credit. Didn't even say she was sorry for the mistake. Horrible customer service. And I still have to go back for another return. Will never shop there again.

This is the worst experience I’ve had at a Talbots ever! We walked in, and neither of the two sales people greeted us, or even looked up from what they were doing. We strolled around the store, and no one approached us, asked if they could help us.. As a final insult, when we purchased a $200 dress, they did not even extend the typical Talbots courtesy of wrapping it up in tissue paper, and putting it nicely in a bag. Leaving the store, they never said thank you for coming, or even goodbye. I would never shop at this store again.. And I think they should probably hire new staff, who know the meaning of courtesy.

Gwyn is a great sales manager. The clothes are displayed so nicely and the staff is very friendly. The clothes are stylish and timeless.

Remember ladies just because I’m bumming it doesn’t mean I can’t afford it. However just because I can afford it doesn’t mean it’s worth it. To me , it’s not worth it and therefore I will not shop here anymore. Everyone was ok when it came to customer service - shouldn’t judge a book by its cover though

Excellent customer service! I love Talbots clothes. Very comfortable and classic. I enjoy getting a private customer session. The process is make an appointment on line, tell them your size and answer a few questions about your style and they will have picked several outfits and have them waiting for you in the dressing room. The women who work there have a great sense of style and, of course, they bring you different sizes of the clothes right to the dressing room.

This place is very nice and it has 2 stories to shop. The entire upstairs is dedicated to petite sizes. The staff was so nice and very friendly. Everyone working there spoke to us and made sure we were being helped and were there if we needed any help. I would recommend this place to all the women to stop by while in myrtle beach and they are always having a sale.
