I wanted to purchase Christmas small stems that were on sale. The sign in front of the "stem accessories" read Buy One get Three Free. When I went to check out, the items showed 60% as oppose to what the sign read. The cashier saw the sign and said "These signs can be confusing." She asked the assistant manager for help. I observed the assistant manager walking from a distance with attitude. She looked angry! The cashier and I explained that the sign was in front of the items where I got the Christmas items from. The Asst. Mgr. was argumentative and said "We do not have space on the left shelf for it!" She was irate and snatched the sign in a violent way, then SLAMMED it on the shelf on the left. She said, "I AM SICK AND TIRED OF RUDE CUSTOMERS! I told her that I wasn't being rude and just wanted to point out that the price read correctly in front of the items I wanted to purchase. She got close to my face and yelled. I told her "I am not beneath you, so don't yell at me!" The Asst. Mgr. kept yelling and walked away with attitude. She called me an "idiot" as she left. At this point, I started to yell back at her and called her an "*@! idiot!" I will not be shopping at this Joann's anymore! I will make my way to Hobby Lobby or Michaels where customers are treated with respect and kindness.

I have ZERO sewing knowledge and wanted to make snap t-shirts to help my husband through recovery from surgery. I went into Joanne's and was immediately overwhelmed. Colleen was AMAZING! She walked me through all the different ways I could accomplish this task. She was so patient and made sure I was prepared. Not once ever making me feel like I was incompetent. Colleen was so helpful and wonderful. I appreciate all her help. Project successful. I owe it to her! Thanks again.

Listen, i am absolutely blown away by this location. But there is a lady who works here name Joann and she is absolutely fabulous!! She has taught me so much about Joann’s Fabric and Crafts. She is aware of all the deals, she knows the location so well and who doesn’t love the fact that her name is Joann. Super sweet, welcoming and i highly recommend you find her! Thank you Joann!! ???

JoAnn has been a favorite of mine for a long time.JoAnn Fabrics is excellent, from the inventory to the service. The associates are welcoming, knowledgeable and crafty as heck.It may seem trivial, but my only complaint is that it’s very warm in the store. As someone working with fabric (hi, this is why I shop here), it can be difficult to think about the best fabric for my project when I’m overheated and all I want to do is stick my head in a freezer.Climate aside, I’m very pleased with every JoAnn Fabrics I’ve visited! Highly recommend!

Very rude employee at checkout lost a 200 dollar sale manager could care less about employee behaviour towards elderly shoppers . My mother was treated horrible at checkout old people don't always understand things need to be more patient with them not fly off the handle yell and threaten to to put purchases back what store does that and stays in business. Wonder how she would like it if her mother was treated like that wonder what she would do about it ? Now she can wonder what I'm going to do about it .

Loved the openness of this store when I walked in. So much space to breathe!!! Our joann's back home is so crowded the aisles barely have enough room for carts to pass.Well organized with just about anything you'd need for crafts. Huge fabric selection with large cutting area and friendly, helpful staff. Very clean and fresh appearance. Got everything I needed.

The store itself is really nice, but the customer service is not good at all.I bought some yarn, the price on the sign was $3.49, but it rung up $ 4.49, I didn't realize it until the transaction was complete. I mention to the cashier that the sale sign was different than what I paid, she insisted that it was $4.49, so I went back and took a photo, she had another lady assist me once I got back, I'm not sure what here title was, but she made it seem like it was my fault, that she had to refund, by saying "I'll honor it this time, but the sale is over, the expiration date is on the bottom of the sign". First of all, whose looking at an expiration date when you're shipping in a craft store. I go back the very next day for something else, that same sign is still there, they made zero effort to remove the expired sale sign. I did mention it to the cashier upon checkout and she seem to careless.

I drove about an hour to get there. This was my first visit. I have recently moved to NC. The store is very clean and neat. I was able to find 2 pieces of fabric I was hoping to find. I wasn't familiar with the process of signing in at the cutting table, so I lost a few places in line until the lady behind me explained the procedure. The gal at the cutting table was very precise. She made sure the plaid fabric was perfectly aligned before she cut it. I was very impressed by her attention to the details. But when I got to check out....omg. The line was probably 10 people ahead of me. And it moved slowly. There were only 2 cashiers. They were both working as quickly as possible. But on a Saturday I think the store needs more staff. When I think about it, I only saw 3 staff the entire time I was there. Good thing I didn't need help with anything. Not sure if I will drive that far again for fabric. I will make wiser choices and go to Hobby Lobby or Walmart , both are much closer. Or order on line.

Update Joann corp. Issued me a gift card to compensate for my experience at this store. Appreciate the corp office doing the Right thing when their store staff did not.**** Don't shop here Don't honor ads. ****I was trying to buy your McCall patterns.for 1.99 based on your circular ad page 7. Christine acted as manager even though Jason actual manager said he would honor ad. Then Jason came back and said he would only honor one for 1.99 I only had 6, Christine was rude condescending and ignored me when I pointed out that there on store carried the ad. Christine came back to me trying several erroneous tactics to tell me ad did not apply to store or say what it said, even though ad does not say what she said. so told her I would wait for Jason who was supposedly on a conference call. I spend money in this store all the time and I will not be back. I I will tell everyone that u do not honor your ads because you didn't. You got me there under false pretenses. It's the principal. I drove 30 mins to get there, I asked when I didn't see sign and Jason said he would honor then Christine comes up saying they won't. Telling me I could come back when they were on sale. I will never come back to this store and I hope they close. I might pay more somewhere else but at least hopefully they are not liars and will stand behind their ads.
