The most unfriendly people ever!!! Not one of the three employees working barely uttered a word, not a smile and not an ounce of customer service. Must be where the bored and unfriendly stylists go to be themselves and charge $20 a whack. Won't be going back here!!!

I’ve been coming to this location for years and always had a pretty good experience. I went today and was about to get a haircut from a new stylist. Her station was very unkept with a large amount of hair all over her counter and hair cutting equipment. She was about to put a very used cape on me when I stopped her and asked for a clean cape. She acted like I was asking too much and rolled her eyes as she walked away to get a clean cape. Her and a white haired old man that also works there made snide comments relative to me asking for a clean cape. Personally I don’t want to have someone else’s scuz on me while getting my hair cut. I will never be back to this location and may never be back to Great Clips altogether.

Mobile check in is super convenient and eliminates long waits in the overcrowded lobby.Stylists are hit or miss for quality, but for the price it's fine. We've had good results.
