Went to get a haircut and they required a mask. Went to Sport Clips and got a haircut. Everyone seemed happy and healthy there.

While on vacation in Myrtle Beach, we needed a hair cut. We brought up the App, found a location close to us, made appointments, when we got there, they took us right in! Great service!!

Made an appointment for a haircut they had an hour wait . Waited for 25 minutes . Finally was my turn and a blond lady goes and skips me . Very unprofessional. Need to get better friendly staff.

We arrived for my son and myself to get a haircut. We did not have mask on us and the environment was like we were aliens walking in the door. I asked if they had ones for us and they said no. The lady put us in the system and immediately told us we couldn't get a haircut without mask even though everyone in seats getting haircuts had them pulled down.

I’ve been going to this Great Clips store for at least 15 years. Since they began offering online check-in service, that’s what I use to set up my appointments. On August 13th, 2021, I checked in online at 4:47pm (wait time approximately 45 minutes). Due to Covid restrictions and being short-staffed, they now close this particular store at 6:00pm. I arrived for my appointment at 5:30pm. There was one person sitting down in the waiting area. I was immediately told that they were closing and that they were no longer accepting any more appointments today. I explained that I had checked in online 45 minutes prior and that their store still had 30 minutes left before closing. I could understand being denied service if I was a walk-in and had not checked in online. There was no notification given to me on the website when I made my appointment. When I asked these questions, the female employee stated that she was just about to go online and delete all of the pending appointments, but just hadn’t gotten around to it yet. Bottom line, this is poor customer service. The customer doesn’t want to hear your excuses. You should honor your commitments. If you plan on cancelling service to a customer, alerting them to your decision should be priority number one. What happened today was just plain laziness. You had 45 minutes to cancel my appointment. You have to go to the register after each cut to accept payment from the customer. Unless you were in the middle of a 45 minute haircut, then there’s no excuse, except being a lazy employee.Thank you Great Clips for wasting an hour of my Friday afternoon waiting for a haircut that would never happen. This place has been going downhill for years. Thanks for the average-at-best haircuts for the last decade plus. Going forward, I will be taking my business elsewhere.Service: Haircut

I've found that I can cut my own hair better. For the cost of one haircut there you can buy a set of hair clippers with attachments. They use scissors more than clippers.

I went to great clips recently.to have my hair cut.the hair stylist did a good job.I have been to great clips a few times.it had been several months since I had my hair cut.the price was very good...the hair salon looked nice and clean.the hair stylist was nice.
