When I arrived at the Dollar General at 212 North Kings Hwy in Myrtle Beach, SC, I was greeted and offered help. Laura's assistance was invaluable as she helped me find several items that I could not find. She even offered a substitution for Swanson's Chicken Broth. They only had them in the cans instead of the box. I gladly took the exchange as it was only a minimal price difference. Laura helped me at the checkout area and honored my $5 off $25 digital coupon. She was kind, considerate, helpful, and professional. Laura wore a clean DG uniform; the store was well-stocked and well-maintained. I recommend this DG Location to family and friends.

I went there on Saturday October 21st at about 7pm there was two male cashier in the Store I said hello an when to tye section that I wanted an item from so I grabbed my item proceeds to the checkout there was two ladles checking out with the once white mail so I was next I'm like the older white male was chatting with a woman about her not getting her 70 percent off so I proceeded to the register because the lady finally move he walked away from me standing at the register to go after the woman for another 10 minutes I could not have gone back to the other register because the young man was still taking care of the ladies at his register plus other people joined the line he finally came back to the register an look at the item an rudely said to me if that all I wanted I could have waited on the young man mind you the young man had two people at his register plus three more waiting in line while he finds the time to run his mouth while for over 25 minutes that's was just crazy

Staff is always rude any time I have to come in this location. You either get ignored or yelled at for asking a question. Filthy dirty floors and has a funky smell.

Pitiful. New store but nothing in it to buy. Empty shelves everywhere and been like that for months. Is DG going out of business?

They don't close at the time it says they close. They do it whenever they want, even if there is people outside.

Staff is very mean and rude here. The most disrespectful one her name is Erica. She does not want to help you check out she does not want to even look at you. She also in her tone tells you she doesn’t like you there. She is so mean and rude I do not recommend going here!

Very dissatisfied with them Erica at the cashier was very disrespectful to my son that asked a question about a toy all she had to do was say just a minute please but she was so rude it was uncalled for I would not recommend this store she's not very helpful or nice

This qas nice to see but rarely open I noticed before they even opened thus store the other one located a few blocks down qas hardly open why open another store if you don't have enough employees keep other one open

They didn't have what we needed, but the sales clerk was very helpful and told us about a store where we could find that product. Plenty of parking and easy to get into and out of the parking lot. I would return here anytime.
