4-20-2024. Susan took excellent care of me today. Upon entry, she greeted me with a smile and eye contact and offered assistance. I was able to find everything on my list, as the store had everything in stock. Susan helped me with my $5 off $25 Saturday discount and ensured I received the sale price on Diet Mountain Dews. She was awesome. I recommend this Dollar General location and Susan to family and friends. ?
7-18-2024. Peter greeted me upon entry today. He smiled and offered help. I asked him where an item was located and he directed me right to it. The store had everything I needed in stock. Peter made sure I received my $10 off $40 discount. He took wonderful care of me taking time to help me out today. I recommend Peter and his store to family and friends. This is my new go-to store as I had an issue with another store manager today of which I will not mention the location. It was not 2000 N Kings Hwy. I did not purchase at that store today because they were out of stock of my ice cream.
7-20-2024. Susan greeted me when I came into the store this morning. She smiled and looked at me as she made that greeting and offered assistance. I saw Manny stocking shelves and asked him where I could find a brush that was on my list. He gladly took me to the item. I was happy to find everything on my list in stock today. The prices were correct, and the store honored my $5 off $25 Saturday discount. Susan checked me out at the register efficiently and with care. She had a friendly and professional manner. Thanks, Susan and Manny, for a great shopping experience today! I recommend this Dollar General location and these two employees to family and friends.

The manager at this location needs to be fired. I don't know what it is, but for whatever reason, she likes to continuously harass the shoppers at this location. The manager is this short, skinny, White woman. I've been going to this location for years because of its proximity to my home. But because of her I often have to go out of my way to shop at different retailers or locations. This woman either has some sort of psychological problem or she's just some old sadist who gets a kick out of harassing individuals at these locations. It's also fun to note but retention at this location is almost non-existent.

The staff worker was rude to me and my mother. My bag ripped when there wasn't a buggy insite to be used. I apologized for the energy drink busted open. I apologized twice and was yelled at and was ordered to leave. My hands started shaking. Do not come to this location.

The manager here is extremely rude. She yells at customers when they’re trying to shop. I’d avoid this store and go to any other Dollar General, they’re all much nicer.

They always tend to close earlier than the time that is posted on their door. Today is the third time this week that I've came and literally as I'm walking to the door I have someone either just shake their head no at me or lock the door without saying anything and walk away. Not to mention nighttime staff are always rude

Went to the 3rd Ave Dollar General first day it's open and advertised open till 9 walked up at 748 and girl ran to the door to lock it as I walked up. Lost my business!!
