My husband broke his phone. He needed to stay within budget for a new one and needed to upgrade his plan. He and I are not well versed in cell phone usage and new tech is intimidating to us. Michael helped us feild our inquiries, was very knowledgeable about the products, provided just what we wanted and needed under our budget and made an obvious step by step verbal guide making transitions between phones easy. His sense of humor kept us belly laughing making the experience, that is usually dry and exhausting at other providers stores, extremely fun and the time it took to complete the transaction seemed to fly by. Can't thank him enough. He is definitely the kind of human being that connects and engages people naturally. An asset to any company he works for.

Just recently bought a phone here and switched my service over. Both young ladies that helped me were very professional very informative and did an excellent job . Awesome experience excellent customer service.

Not happy with their buggy app and website as of the past few months. It makes it difficult to pay your bill, however, they have no problem charging a late fee or reconnection fee. I thought that's why I switched to prepaid service to avoid those added fees. Guess I'll be searching for a better company to take my four lines of service to.

Cricket wireless is my phone carrier. My phone is damaged and since it is insured, I filed a claim for a new phone. It will be here in 3 days. Cricket is awesome! No contract , reasonable prices, great service!
