I came here after a long day hoping to switch my esim over to my new phone. I got there at around 5:30 and Tania quickly greeted me with a warming welcoming as she was helping another customer. She was proficient at multitasking and very attentive. The computers ended up shutting down as she was going to finish setting me up! She remained calm, found solutions to check out customers, and was very very patient. She apologized deeply and although the odds seemed against her, after two hours of technical issues she was able to still do her job and helped me out! She’s a fantastic addition to this team and I deeply thank her!

I came to this location for the first time and this was the best service I have ever got a cricket! Sarah was alone and had 5 to 6 different set of customers. She gave each customer their individual attention and gave great service. She had an abundance of patience and very knowledgeable about her job. She gave her all. Thank you Sarah! Much ?

Had a really good visit my old phone broke and there was 2 ladies that helped me really good one of them was Erica and I can't remember to think her other 1 was Annie Angie Really respectful and really helped me with getting a new phone I would recommend them to anyone that name's help

Please no one get phones from Cricket Wireless. I have been waiting on a refund for 2 phones I was not able to use for over 6 weeks!!! Talked to multiple representatives and my issue is not getting resolved please stay far away. I sent over $430 and have been yet to be refunded. I wish I would have went to another carrier. Please stay far away!!!

Had a very pleasant experience at the store today, Erika and Anayeli were very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. My husband and I have never been to a better Cricket store. We will definitely be using this store from now on. Highly recommend!
