Never go to this bank if you have things to take care of. Can’t ever deposit cash probably the worst ATM system possible

We had several banking items to take care of and we were greeted by Brian who was very helpful and patient in taking care of all of our problems within a short period of time. We just moved here and will definitely be using this branch again as we were very impressed.

worst customer service . came into this branch bank employee didn't greed me, sit for 15 minutes before someone approach me and told me that my wait is long, that I need an appointment, just want to add a beneficiary to my savings that is all. Bank of America is moving always from good customer service been with this bank for over 35 + years

This bank sucks. There's only 1 employee working at a given time. The lady working, with short blonde hair and bangs and blue eyeshadow, is so slow and always has issues. She had to call a manager over with almost every customer she helped. She never looked up or smiled to anyone. And she literally walked out of the bank when it was time for her break. No matter that there were 15 people in line. She caused the line with all of her mistakes, but then peace-ed out when it was time for HER break. No apologies to anyone. Never even made eye contact with anyone. You can tell she hates her job. Iris took over the customers when she left, but was also not pleasant. Please hire more associates at this location or might as well just close it down! Avoid this location if you can, you will only get angry.

Deplorable customer service. For a worldwide bank they are grossly under staffed. The teller line was about a 20 minute wait only to be told I would have to wait to be seen by someone else. Sat in the lobby for another waiting period. Just to get a pin changed on a debit card? Then once I was in being helped another worker ce in and interrupted the worker helping me. She left and I waited for her to return. She apologized and offered the excuse that this is " the busiest location in the city". Then I would suggest you hire more workers! Then she couldn't get the computer to work amd had to go get someone else. I can't wait for crypto currency to completely displace these lethargic dinosaurs and decentralize the banking industry. This is a prime example of fat lazy bankers abusing their customers. Time to move my money elsewhere!

I was waiting in line to withdraw money out my account, the teller was finished with a customer and I was next so I proceeded to the desk. She walks away and didn’t come back for like 20 minutes. And I left the bank because at this point I’m fed up

I wish I could give this a negative review. Waited in line over 20 mins for a teller. Line was to the door no joke. longest wait times I've ever had have been from this bank location. GET MORE TELLERS! Also your security guard does nothing but watch loud videos on his phone. does not looks like he's paying attention to the safety of the bank and its customers.

So far so good they were very helpful when I moved up here they helped me with everything the lady with the blonde hair can't remember the name but she was awesome thank you, the only downfall is slow tellers you wait seems like forever in line

Welcome!! Been treated like a completely inferior human being lately? No? Come on in.Have a concern regarding money? Let our sub par team of “know it all’s” explain things to you like your a second grade student.In a rush? No problem, we have three or four folks chatting about weekend plans while one mediocre employee tends to a lobby full of people that are trying to get back to work.Wish I was as cool as everyone that worked at this location.
