My husband has frontal temporal dementia. Today was a very bad day for him, but Wally had an appt which we really needed to keep. The staff was wonderful with him and very patient. I can't tell you how much I appreciated their treatment of him and their compassion for me.

I was very impressed with Aspen Dental. As a new patient I was given an appointment immediately, and pleasantly surprised that my care would begin so soon. The staff is super friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient.

I went in for X-Rays and a cleaning I had Chloe Allen as my Dental Hygienist and I couldn’t have had a better person cleaning my teeth. She was super funny, nice and really easy to talk to. She made my teeth look and feel the best they have in some time. I recommend anyone and everyone to go to this Aspen Dental in Myrtle Beach. You’ll get the best work from some of the greatest hygienist in the South Carolina area maybe even the United States! Would give them a solid 10/10!

This is the first time in years that I was comfortable at the dentist. I had the pleasure of being seen by Dr Rhodes, she is a gentle, caring and very professional while being friendly. It’s the first time I’ve walked out of the dentist office and I wasn’t in pain. Her assistant Bell was great as well. The staff was very friendly. If you asked me a month ago, I’d have told you that I would not recommend this dentist or any other one. Dr Rhodes changed my mind

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dental office! Was calling for days for an emergency and no one have answer the phone. Count get a live person on the phone. I decided to stop in for a walking and front desk lady say they only accept walking at 8am I was there 8:30. I have mention to her that was calling for days and no one pick up the phone and I left messages and no one have the courtesy to call back. She ask me if I got pain that she can’t take me on Monday. It’s Friday how I’m going to wait 3 days went it’s an emergency. She don’t even tried to get me in there or talk to another staff. My wife have similar experience with this office. I will contact their home office. Will never come back to this place

This location of Aspen Dental in Myrtle Beach is so much better than N. Myrtle location. We transferred to N.Myrtle Beach because it was closer. They never got his records. Just cleaned his teeth without examine them. Today went to Myrtle beach location. They made him as new appt. As they said he had no record of him going to N. Myrtle Beach. There is no record of him in the office 6 months ago. Didn’t make a record. Luckily the Myrtle Beach examined him and stated he had gum disease. It was on his record when he last went there. N. Myrtle Beach location was not aware and didn’t bother. Now he’s teeth are worse and luckily he had periodontal treatment and cleaning today. Will never go back to Aspen Dental of North Myrtle Beach. Happy with Aspen Dental of Myrtle Beach. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I called during business hours to make an appointment to have a tooth removed. I was horsed around with over the phone, NO person ever answered. They put me through to the emergency line because this was a dental emergency with an abscess tooth. The woman from the emergency line hung up on me! Terrible customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere .Sad because I was a patient of theirs with no regard. Bye Aspen Dental.

I just moved to Myrtle Beach and looking for a good dentist. Aspen was able to get me in the next day which made me a little nervous, but I took the appointment. The lady at the front desk was super nice but my x-ray technician could’ve used a course in bedside manner. If you know what I mean. She told I needed 18 x-rays which is fine if you give me some patience with my mouth and being gentle, and helping me with anxiety, the woman that was doing my x-rays had no bedside manner. No personality could care less if I was feeling anxious, left a very disappointed and unsatisfied.

I would give more stars if I could!! Blair is AMAZING!!! Everyone is really nice and smiling as they work. I am usually terrified of going to the dentist but I am actually excited to go back!! Thank you for being so kind and helpful!!

Today was one of my best visits with Aspen. The hygienist was on time, very thorough, professional and informative.Also, the front desk was very helpful with a billing issue.This doesn’t happen all the time but today was great.

The most horrendous visit I have ever experienced with Aspen! Very short cited and guided by the largest amount of money they can get immediately. I was willing to get 1. Checkup and cleaning 2. Deep clean upper left rear tooth (only have two upper left rear) 3. Bridge lower left. This was a financial decision by me which would have been resolved in one month.! The Dentist made an arbitrary decision to do the one tooth first which would have given Aspen an additional $282.00 on that day. I quickly squared the situation because Aspen hid behind the diagnoses of one tooth knowing I have had services to take more than one visit to perform. Aspen has now lost the fee of all 3 services!
