I am a very difficult customer. I do not like change and newer isn't always better for me. I had an old LG phone that was almost unusable and LG is not making phones anymore. My Associate Cody spent so much personalized time with me, with no pressure, and answering every little detailed question, with such professionalism, that I felt confident and comfortable with the Motorola that I got.....To this day, I am a bit confused as to how every feature works, but Cody did give me his card and said I can call any time. And he meant it!! I recommend you Go see Cody. I will be back in several years!!!!

JODY BOWLES w/Verizon in Garden City is one of the most helpful sales people I have met. I needed help w/my partner’s flip phone w/US Cellular & he told me to bring the phone in so he could see if/how he could help me. When I brought it in, the problem is w/the phone & he was very supportive in how I can take care of the situation. He never talked down to me, wasn’t defensive since it was w//another provider & he treated me w/THE UTMOST dignity & respect!

I went in & was greeted by Joseph. He was so helpful answering every question I had. Very welcoming nice person. He made sure I didn’t have any extra unnecessary changes or charges. I’d recommend asking for him when coming in!

I recently switched to Verizon. I was so delighted to have Chase help me at the Verizon store near Wallgreens in Murrells Inlet. Chase was so pleasant and explained everything and spent 3 hours with me! Excellent excellent service !! I highly recommend this Verizon store and Especially Chase! 10 stars

We recently took advantage of Verizon's Black Friday offer to upgrade a phone and get an IPad and Apple phone at Verizon's Murrell's Inlet. location. We were lucky to have Chase help us with this transaction. Chase was friendly, helpful and efficient. I noticed that her colleagues were also willing to help us through the purchase. Would highly recommend Chase and the entire staff at Murrell's Inlet, SC.

Carl was very knowledgeable and helpful. Answered all of my questions about my new phone, and went above and beyond to be sure I was happy with my purchase.
