“Had an issue with my MIL-AMP200BT amplifier in my golf cart. I took the amp out to try and troubleshoot, but didn't have the original wiring harnesses to connect to the power source and speakers. I contacted Prospec and they effortlessly sent me the needed wiring harnesses. Top notch customer service, which is hard to find in today's world.”

“I preorder the re4 collector’s edition but it was unfortunately cancelled, not the fault of the employees, but the fault of the company. I went to get a refund and there was a mistake that happened when I paid off the preorder. Evan helped me and went above and beyond to make things right to ensured I got my refund. He took the time to call one of the other store managers and was able to give me my full refund. Evan was super great and took the time to make sure everything worked out! One of the best employees here!”
