The nicest family and so helpful! I came to them after a nightmare experience ordering a bridesmaid dress and they were so compassionate and had me fixed up quickly. The dress came out absolutely perfect. Thank you SO much!

Please RUN AWAY from this place. If you have any other options please use them. I dropped off a dress on February 5th and just picked it up today (August 30th) NOT ONE ALTERATION WAS DONE. 8 months passed and I was clearly scammed. Every month I would attempt to follow up. I was yelled at/lied to that progress was being made. Every time I called I was promised I receive a call “next week.” After 8 months, I gave up and went in to get a refund. I do not believe I would have been given a refund if I did not bring my husband with me. Everytime I attempted to communicate with this business alone they were rude and disrespectful. I should have seen the red flags. During my first fitting when it was suggested by the seamstress I “lose some weight.” I paid upfront for a dress that was never touched. The event it was intended for has long passed. I would not wish this experience on anyone. Not worth the stress! This place is a scam!

If I could get zero stars that would be more fitting. I brought in a very minimal request to alter a piece. I was told the project would take 3 weeks to complete. I came in on the day I was told the alteration would be completed. Not only was I yelled at by the owner of the shop, she could not tell me where the piece of clothing was, she did not complete the alteration AND had already charged me fully. If you want work done you or to ever see your clothes again you are better to go anywhere but here.

Pleasant owners. Service however is terrible. I dropped off two pairs of dress pants for work LAST YEAR. I've only received one pair altered. I've come multiple times over the past year to get the other pair and there's always a reason why the other pair isn't done and a promise for a quick turnaround. I literally forget they're even there. Again, pleasant people but do not recommend.

Choi Alterations is the go to tailor in Mt. Pleasant. They are extremely friendly and detailed. The quality is top notch and they want above and beyond to make sure my alternations were ready for a last minute trip. I will absolutely recommend Choi's for anyone looking for a tailor!

I have been to Choi alterations twice now to alter a couple of ice hockey jerseys that were too wide. I was so pleased with the results both times. Fairly priced, and a very nice and friendly couple who runs this small business. Happy to support local here in Mount pleasant as a small business owner myself. Thanks again !

You’ll get fantastic service with a great alteration job here! This is run by the nicest couple. I came in with a last minute bridesmaid dress alteration.
