To be transparent with everybody looking at this review, I honestly don't think they want to even work on vehicles. I setup an appointment for 2PM for a standard tire rotation. Got told over the phone everything would go accordingly to plan even after already stating the specs of the wheels/tires. Show up the next day after leaving work early just to be told that my rims were "too expensive." Also adding the lady on the right side of the counter when you walk in is so incredibly rude. The moment she looked at my truck in the window she immediately gave me a nasty snarly look. I couldn't even get my next sentence out before she asked me how much my rims were like I knew that out of pure brain power. I understand the liability aspect but don't tell me you'll do my truck knowing everything about it then change your mind. If you care about your vehicle like I do mine, you wouldn't stop by either. ??

I always bring my Lincoln here for service. Great people and locally owned. Prompt service and much faster than any dealer. Highly recommend Midtown Automotive for any car repairs.

Took my vehicle for what I thought was an alignment issue, after hitting a pothole. My vehicle showed signs and symptoms of an alignment issue since it would put to the right ect. I also took into consideration other parts like tie rods, struts ect ect. After tech looked at it I was informed my whole front end needed to be done and quoted 6-7k in parts with labor. Took my vehicle else where and only had issue with one side, vehicle needed a tire($205) rim was bent($315) strut from dealer($275) in total I paid 1300 after parts and labor. I don’t know why shops try and screw people over especially in a time where things are only getting more expensive. Just my experience but also take a look below. I’m not the only one with issues. Or just a miserable customer.

After spending $900 on services you would think the front desk staff would be a little more friendly. The lady that sits to the left, when approaching the desk, was very curt and she rushed me to sign the receipt. Like ma’am, I’m entitled to read everything I’m signing, I don’t care if it’s just numbers. I’m not sure of her title exactly but she could use a few pointers on customer service. Her attitude was disgusting. Had the job not been done definitely would have gone elsewhere.

They were prompt Working on my vehicle I had engine issues they assess the problem at $1903.66 on the day that I was to pick up my car. They informed me that they found additional problems after they had reassembled the engine and decided that I should pay the cost for their oversight at that point I retrieved my vehicle, finding that the battery was completely un chargeable while the cost of parts was reasonable they charge $1500 in labor which was totally unreasonable

They are REAL mechanics!!! They just don't bandage the issue and send you on your way; they get to the source of problem . . . and fix it right the first time. Wow, how rare is that? And frankly, the value is knowing that the problem will be solved the first time. Really impressed!
