The absolute WORST. So I thought I would just work with the shop, be patient, email Classic Collision corporate to get some movement and not leave a review. I have been dealing with the issue with my vehicle over a total of 6 months at this point. BEYOND ridiculous. I sent my car to Classic Collision in Moncks Corner, SC on December 7th, 2024. I did not receive my vehicle back until 2/20/2024 after 10 weeks. At that time, I noted to the manager that the front bumper on the left corner was gapped and not placed correctly. Also that particular headlight is lower than the right headlight. I noticed that I’m missing my hitch plate that covers the tow hitch bar. The calibration to my drive sensors are not set correctly. The alignment was non existent (I had the dealership to check). The tow hitch bar was NOT replaced and the right muffler was NOT replaced. I have pointed this out and provided the photos before the accident that the geico adjuster uploaded to the GEICO documents and presented this to the manager at the classic collision center after my jeep was released back to me that the repairs that was said to be made (signed off on and payment received) was NOT made. The new manager Brandt at this location physically saw that the replacement parts and repairs were not made then he confirmed with me that they were not made. What Classic collision did was INSURANCE FRAUD at its finest. Due to the fact that the new manager Brandt was not at the location when I initially dropped off my vehicle in December and had recently taken over at the location I was assured that these things would be fixed. I have asked for CONSISTENT communication even if the status is “waiting for parts” it assures me the customer that I’m still on the radar and my issue that’s literally ALREADY BEEN paid for has not been forgotten. I received a text 5/13/24 that my bumper would be in the next day here it is 5/23/24 no status that the bumper has arrived, if I’m scheduled to come in or ANYTHING. I should NOT have to call the location to inquire about the parts that’s suppose to come in when this location should’ve been had the parts and the work should’ve been done when they initially released my vehicle back to me. Classic collision received all payments from the claim with GEICO. I have been EXTREMELY patient on this matter for the lack luster effort on the collision center side. I’ve never saw anything like what I’ve been through with this company. I have proof of all. documentation and photos for evidence (Classic Collision PLEASE DON’T try to come to this review to act as if there has been no wrong doing on your part and communication has been 100%). At this point I have ZERO trust that my vehicle will be fully repaired once the parts are received being the POOR work that’s been shown on the matter through this business. ??I AM BEYOND pissed off and will be seeking legal counsel on the matter.

Took way too long for them to fix. They said they're waiting on parts however my car was drivable and I was without my car over a month on two separate occasions. If you have extra vehicle and don't mind waiting they're okay if you're in a hurry. They do not rush whatsoever.

Classic Collision kept me updated on the status of my vehicle while it was being repaired. They stayed on task and finished earlier then they said they would. I’m very satisfied with the outcome. The staff was also very pleasant and professional. They even turned my rental in for me at the end. I highly recommend the Moncks Corner office.

My car wad towed here after I was involved with a hit and run accident. The staff here were very friendly and accommodating to assess my car's condition with my insurance company. Since my car was declared a total loss they informed me they couldn't make repairs because it couldn't be guaranteed. So I cleaned out my car and since the insurance company would take it. Although I wasn't able to use their repair service I felt I would next if able. I was very impressed with the professionalism there.

Trash. I took my car there because my insurance company recommended them. My hood is too small and my front bumper looks like it will fall at any time. I took it back 3 times to be repaired. They even messed with things that didn’t need repair like my head rest and the hood holder they also used my funnel for what I don’t know. Never again.Services: Painting

Bout average for repair shop. Didn't order parts Tull ibrought it in then parts area a week out. Then, I couldn't finish the repair pis poor communication. I had to call every week to get an update.
