I took my GMC Acadia to this mechanic since my car was in limp mode and they were only about 2 miles from my house. Had an appointment for Friday morning at 9:30 so we dropped the car off Thursday night. The car was checked in to start the service at 8:15 Friday morning. They did not get around to repairing my car until the following Wednesday.I told them the exact DTC’s (diagnostic trouble codes) that were present on my car, they could only diagnose and fix one of them since it was able to be read and the other one was intermittent. I told them what I wanted to check on the DTC that was intermittent but they told me “since the code cannot be read at this time we cannot perform any diagnostic testing for that code”.I do not believe they are true mechanics that perform troubleshooting shooting, all they know how to do is read a code and follow the steps of their techline to fix that one code.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

terrible just terrible never take anything there I had 1900 worth of work done had vibration took it back and they said I hit pothole It wasn't vibrating when I took it there on right side and they did right side wheel berings and it's the right wheel that's bent but of course they didn't do it RIGHT DO NOT GO HERE EVER

There is no need to schedule an appointment if you have to wait almost 3 hours for an oil and filter change. Absolutely ridiculous.

Very, very , poor had my car for over 4 four months, had to pick it up. THE WORK WAS NOT DONE maybe they should consider shutting DOWN !?
