Your driver, Brian is great. He should quit and join a quality company. Closed your stores for "Covid". Yea, right. Web site does not allow feedback or communication. Offered a 25 Cents/gallon discount...but applied it to the 112 gallons in the 250 tank, not the 668 gallons in the 1000 tank. It was one delivery. It all should have gotten the discount. Now I hear that having a 1000 gallon tank should open me to a better price for gas. Mind you, this is after your previous terrible customer service via multiple interactions. Looking for a new LP supply company.

There is a Tank Exchange machine near me that has vended me 2 (two) defective tanks. The first time I contacted them, they said they normally dont exchange after a day but they would make an exception. Last week I made the mistake of returning to that same tank vending machine. It doesnt give you an option of choosing your own new tank. When I received the new tank I quickly noticed the knob was in poor condition. I didnt want to assume so I brought it home. I immediately installed the tank and prepared to cook dinner. There was weight to the tank but nothing was coming out. I will be looking for a refund and won't be going back.Update: Sent the receipt with a message to the email below. Awaiting a response.

I have reached out numerous times trying to speak to a local rep for our account to no avail.Your online bots have lied to me, saying a rep would call me within 24 hours. Your call center in wherever said someone would call me.As far as I am concerned, Amerigas is a company of liars.

Terrible. Stay away! Can’t get anyone on the phone that speaks English and they refuse to transfer you to anyone else. Sent bills to me I didn’t agree to and threatened me when I called to ask about them. About to roll the tank off my property and be done with it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We placed our order online a week ago and were given an estimated delivery of 3/18-3/24. We received an automated call on Wednesday saying it would be delivered the next day. When no delivery was made by Thursday afternoon, we called and were told we were still going to get the delivery that day. We did not. When he called Friday we were told the delivery was going to me made that afternoon. At 6:00 we called again and got the run around. On Saturday still no delivery and no promise of when it will be made. This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We will be switching providers immediately.

I was constantly lied to a out when my propane was going to arrive. It was literally the coldest days in Dec. I explained that I have four children (15, 10, 3, and 1) and needed my propane to cook and heat my home. I needed to be there for them to deliver and of course I was not contacted which lead to my tank being locked. Thankfully the technician has a heart because he came back to unlock and checked for leaks. He should get a raise!

I called Amerigas to refill my propane tank, we use only for our gas logs, so only have to fill once a year as we live in SC. I was sent a text message stating my delivery would be made on 12/27/22, with directions as to what I had to do to make delivery possible, like nothing blocking the tank ect. On 12/28/22 at 4:30pm I called Amerigas to find out why no delivery and when to expect delivery, I was told my gas would be delivered that day and they had until 6:00pm, then hung up on. I recieved my propane delivery on 1/3/23 at noon, with no explanation, apology or any contact from the company since they hung up on me on 12/28/22, been a long time customer, but their customer service has gone out the door

If I could give a zero star I would. This company is horrible! My elderly grandparents have a gas tank unsecured on their property, just look at the gas line.They have called for serviced for the past 4-5 days, twice a day and still has yet to receive service. This is pathetic and I do not recommend this company to anyone.Please note they have been called all week and it is now the weekend, Sat- 11/12/22 and they are closed. I’m curious as to the reason they have not provided service to my family?

If I could give -10 stars, I would. I can't speak to the local staff, because we haven't interacted - everything is automated to call centers. However, what I can say, is that our gas refill was requested on 10/24 with a delivery date sometime by 10/31 and we were told we did not need to be there - they just needed access to the tank. The refill was delivered at sometime on 11/1 without notice or a call & a few days later when we still didn't have hot water & thinking our water heater was broken, we discovered that Amerigas locked our tank. No one told us before or after this was done. We called MULTIPLE times to rectify this situation, being told someone would call us, but never did. Then, I was told someone would come unlock the tank on Monday, 11/7 - my husband took off work to be home - and no one showed up. I called again, they said no one was scheduled to come to my home & our ticket was open. I had to leave a Better Business Bureau (on 11/7) complaint to have someone actually reach out to assist (on 11/8), but I already cancelled our account yesterday. We have been lied to so many times and had no one actually address the issue or show up when scheduled -I refuse to keep an account with them, even if their "custom advocacy" team tries to address my BBB complaint. This is unacceptable on all levels. If you want good service, I suggest looking elsewhere.
