I have never had an issue with my mail carrier unit recently. I'm not sure if it's the same carrier who delivers the mail on a daily basis, but I had a package that was left in the parcel locker marked as delivered only my package was not there and the key for the parcel locker was not in my mailbox.
I visited the local post office for further information only to be given the run around for a few days. At first, they tried to tell me that the package was delivered, which I was aware of, but it was not in my possession. It wasn't till 4 days later that one of my neighbors brought me the package and explained to me that the carrier had placed the key in their mailbox instead.
Meanwhile, during this time, I had exhausted all my options, trying to locate my package with no help from the post office. The moral of the story, please, have your mail carriers pay attention to where they leave parcel locker keys in order to avoid such hassle.

Mauldin is the better one in the area. They have an indoor electronic drop box. Nice staff, too. Dierdra was especially sweet! She helped me with my PO Box.

Sent out certified mail last Tuesday that won't arrive until Tuesday. Had a package that was supposed to be delivered today and never came. It seems this group doesn't have a clue on what to do or just that lazy. Typical usps service.

For all your mailing needs and accessories and essentials for all your mailings coming and going and if you don't have a current mailing address they offer PO Boxes for Business and Personal use at a 6 month and 12 month fee. They have hourly hours of operation for customers service M-F 5'oclock closing time at the location of business and don't forget the Stamps.

For the second time I have mail missing or stolen. I have the online picture delivery to my email everyday of mail to be delivered. First time someone took items out of my package and the second time someone has taken my tax refund check. This post office is either that ignorant or they have a bunch of thieves working there.

The hours to pick up packages are very inconvenient. If you work 9:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday you have one hour on Saturday to get your package.

I do contract work for a non-profit and one of our big projects involves mailing a lot of print material out. We used to use UPS but this year they have increased fees by a huge amount, so I ended up coming here. Tim and Diedre helped me a lot with getting all 36 packages ready for mailing and did not make me feel like I was inconveniencing them in any way. Thanks!
