THIS MAN IS A LAIR. Very deceitful. We had the vehicle delivered bc we live in Columbia. FELO told my husband NOTHING was wrong with the vehicle. The tow truck guy was very sketchy. WOULD NOT TAKE THE CAR OFF THE TOW TRUCK until we gave him all the money. We get the truck off and the man drives off and turns OFF his PHONE. As soon as we get in the vehicle we just paid 5k for won’t even shift out of 1st gear & A list of various other very serious problems. The owner won’t call us back and we Still don’t have the title.HE IS A CROOK.

I bought a car from here a few months ago & it was the worse decision! I am a single mother of 3, I was looking to buy a stable vehicle for us. During the test drive, things were smooth. But, I hesitated. They kinds did this good guy:bad guy thing, where one was like , “ nobody would get a deal this good” & the other guy is like “ well, if she doesn’t want let her go, someone else is coming to see it tomorrow .” I actually like the model , I was told the car only had a few cosmetic issues ( like torn seat, the dvd didn’t play etc ) things that did not effect the functionality of the car. I was told if issues came up, they had a buddy car shop that would fix anything free in the first 30’days. So, I ended up buying , unfortunately. I live about an hour away. On the way only, I started noticing some skipping. The place had just closed, nobody was there after purchasing. So I reached out the next day. They said it likely just needs an oil change. I took it in to inquire an oil change & was told the oil pan was cracked and it was really bad! Oil was leaking anywhere I was parked :/ I reached back out to let them know & I was told to take it to the shop because I still got a really good deal on the car :/ and that they WILL NOT take it back. While out another day within that first week. The car would NOT drive forward if stopped on an incline. I would her to place car in reverse and let it roll backwards ( bc it wouldn’t allow me to press the gas into level ) and the basically floor it pass the incline in order to not be stuck. They wouldn’t take it back, there buddy shop refused the free service that was promised. More issues have surfaced. This vehicle, only three months later, doesn’t stay crunk. My and my children , unfortunately were out when it decided to stop operating and I had to call someone to come get us & have the car brought later , back home. It stopped operating while on an incline , in the middle of the road & didn’t crank again since. I have paid an extra $1500 trying to repair and it’s still not operating. Likely will be another $1000 for the next issue and who knows what else will come one after at this point. I could’ve gotten something off a real dealership for the money being put into it :/ DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!! I’m still trying to recovering financially from this smh

Despite the reviews, I had a great interaction with the people at amps auto. I purchased a 4runner from them. They worked with me on the price. Had no issues at all and am very glad I went with it. Turned out to be a great vehicle. They were very nice to me and did all paperwork fast to get it done the same day. I think a lot of people that buy cars that have trouble, blame the people they purchased it from, when they should be blaming the manufacturer of the vehicle. Some cars are pure garbage and not made to last. Thanks amps auto. Will return if you have something I'm interested in!

. They sold me a stolen car! 7 months later they still cannot send me the title because the DMV says there’s a lien on it from a different company with a different persons name. and amps auto never owned it! MARCO doesn’t legally own any of the cars on the lot. And was completely unprofessional even using racial slurs when he got “impatient”. Stay far away !

They sold us a used Audi for cash and they let us pull off lot with headlight not working thought it was just a bulb problem but it’s electrical and we told them and they don’t care I would not recommend buying from them because what happen to the customer coming first they should have had it working properly before we left and our left turn signal doesn’t work up front due to electrical wow just can’t believe them

Bought a 2006 Cadillac dts, was told the car had no issues.. upon getting the vehicle back to my hometown of Valdese NC, I noticed a headlamp was out. Took the car to be evaluated at a dealership and was told the car needs bare minimum 2grand worth of work. I've put almost 4k into it since. The power steering rack and pignon as well as power steering hoses and pump need to be replaced, as well as a headlight and a few other things. I was told before driving over a hundred miles that I would receive the tilewhen I purchased the car. Took roughly a month but I did get my title eventually. Now the rear main seal is leaking oil, a coil pack needs to be replaced as well as traction control and stabilitrak systems needing to be fixed. If it's not one thing with this car it's another, I would not buy from these swindlers. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere
