2023 scatpack charger. Just so yall at sanders knows who son I am, you know the one that called and has a son over seas.Yall are a week over due on my paint repair. Yall informed my mother you would call her when the car is ready for pick up and you did not. That being said she decided to call yall. I am currently over seas and when she called to ask when the car could be picked up the lady at the desk wants to smart mouth my family cause they had to do your part. That type of disrespect will not be accepted in my family. Y’all will not be seeing us again.

The work they do is top notch! I’ve had to use them twice this year on brand new vehicles, and both when SPC repaired them they looked like they did when they were driven off the lot. I highly recommend them. Wonderful family owned business, with impeccable values and attitudes.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I couldn’t recommend this business more. I felt *awful* about the damage my car had and this family operated business put all of my worries at ease. I was beating myself up…and with how bad my car looked, hearing “Hey, it’s ok, accidents happen what matters is you’re ok” and “We’ll take care of it for you” .. I felt how genuine they were and my gut knew I could trust the process. When I picked up my car (which was a quick turnaround for how much work had to be done), I knew I chose the right place. The car looks like there was never even an incident. They did a perfect job.I know it’s cliché, but Sanders Paint & Body Shop truly treats you like you matter. You’re more than just a random customer walking through the door and I appreciate that so much.

Very friendly & knowledge team, made getting car repaired easy. Within a week of first conttthwy received my car & once I took it in is was down in a 7 days. A lot faster then most places had me 5-6 months out. The work was also fantastic, they cleaned car inside & out as well. Would definitely recommend Sanders and team to anyone needed body work done.Services: Body & Trim

Didn't want to even look at car until had a quote from insurance company. When asked if could look to make sure vehicle was safe to drive- claimed it couldn't go up on lift until end of January. Didn't want to answer my questions- just went into how 'nobody wants to work' and 'how mean people are'. Drove to another body shop and immediately received friendly service and a quote. I know who I'm picking to do the repairs now! I won't recommend Sanders to anyone as they just.seem.done with the business.

I'm really glad that I found Sanders collision. My experience with the shop was awesome they do not do anything less than the best work. They're very professional and they treat your vehicle as if it were their own. My Ford 150 was severely damaged and when I got it back it was like new. Just excellent excellent work and they're honest. Honesty and square-dealing are hard to find.Services: Body & Trim

They took care of our car after an accident. They always answered the phone and helped us work through the insurance process. I'd definitely use them again in the future. Always support your local businesses before the big box type of body shops like Caliber...customer service is everything.

I had minor damage to my 2017 4Runners rear bumper. By far one of the best body shops I have ever used. Everything went smoothly! Drop off, interaction with the receptionist, following up, getting my vehicle back to me in a timely manner and just the entire experience was very pain free! I highly recommend them!
