For a convenient store that's open 24 hrs, it's locked up for the most part between 2am and 5am. Not very convenient when working late.

Quick and easy transaction with polite employee.Edit: I thought they sent me a notification for the one in Elgin. That's where I got gas. I'm sorry owner, this location is good also but I do have a issue with the store. I've been there many times and was told it wasn't any change for the money I supplied you all. I gave my money for items but wasn't able to get change back. Like I should have some credit there because you all are in debt to me actually.

Store has an amazing manager and a great new set of employees. Had a bad exp in the past with the previous employees. Has improved so much and has become my favorite stop for sodas and gas

Two notch road, Sandhills location seems to have cheaper mid- grade gas in that area.

I Went 4 times inside, back and forth, first the card reader wasn’t working, so I went inside to pay, then it did t work either, so went to tell him , then the guy change to another pump, I went again to tell him, then only have me $4 , so I went again to tell him, omg

Great location next to McDonald’s and the Mighty Lugoff-Elgin ? Fire ? Department with ample parking spaces for UHAUL trucks, trailers of all kinds including utility trailers and fishing ? boats ? and all terrain vehicles ? plus a fabulous convenience store ? with fountain ⛲️ ? drinks and coffee ☕️ to keep the weary travelers awake on the road ❤️❤️❤️

The staff here are generally helpful, the last time I went into this establishment I filled my cup with ice and bought two mountain dew's, the cashier at the time informed me of the promotion that they had with the drinks buy two get one free. I really appreciated that he did that, he certainly didn't have to. The restrooms are mostly clean, and they have an awesome deal with their e-z pay. You get $0.10 off a gallon, which with gas prices now every one should use! 10/10 recommend using that perk! I would've given them a five star if the staff were a bit more friendly in their transactions with customers.

This store automatically adds a donation to the Ukraine without asking for the customers permission! I should NOT have to tell the cashier to remove a donation!!

I was there today around noon. Coming from someone that is a store manager of a Circle K... the manager needs to find someone else to work if the lady with short dark hair and always on her phone is NOT going to work. She's pretty new. My husband complained the other day about her being on her cell phone while he was checking out talking to some older man that was not appropriate for a customer to hear. Then today I had to repeat myself multiple times about what I wanted, how many I wanted, and gas. She rushed me. She was too worried about her phone than she was about the store that she WORKS for. As soon as I pulled my card out she was back on her phone before I could even walk away from the counter. She should have been cleaning something since the store was not in shape. The ONLY reasons I go to Circle K is because I manage one (I'm loyal) and because it's the only place for less than 10 miles that sells what I get. Poor poor service.

The overnight cashier can hurry up and say the store is close for an hr but the time posted on the door has expired now for at least 15 mins? Then why have a sign up? You close from 2 to 3 and it’s now 3:15 ?. Wanted a pack a cigs so I can sit in the car just like them and smoke too. The hr been up. Just poor customer service and abusing that hr because it’s the middle of the night.

leave your items in the car Don't Leave nothing at the register in this store for any length of time it will come up missing. they will cover for each other saying they saw you carry the item out when you left even though you 100% know you did not cause your hands were full with your drink and daughter and you were coming back for it. thinking you could leave it there a sec with the store empty and only employees as they would not do something so obvious. corporate will be involved I'm sure the store has cameras all over it a gas station.
