Was approved for a 2015 altima. Then I saw a mercedes benz on their WEBSITE and I saw a BMW that was cheaper than the altima. I called and asked bout both vehicles. The gentlemen gone tell me both have transmission problems and they not ready but they advertised on these ppl website. I think he didnt wanna put me in it cause Altima was more. First red flag. Second red flag were these REVIEWS HECK NO. I need a car asap. But Ill go without if I gotta get from this unfair dealership. Glad I aint go through Id probably be crying cause the altima engine locked up. Reviews states these ppl crooks. So im sticking to it and going elsewhere. Hate my credit was ran since Im not doing business with them folks. Dont reply you know my review is accurate!!!!!!!

This place doesnt care about customer service. There was a nice 2018 black honda. We check the oil it looked like slime black tar and stuck on the stick. There was also a ticking noise under the hood. The sales man never came and looked at the car and didnt seem interested. Its like he didnt wanna sell it. He stated he was going to pull the report never did. I refuse to get a car from here and i wouldnt recommend.

Worst place to buy a car from. Had my truck for 2 months already had to get the motor replaced (which Kia do have extended warranty for that). Got the truck back 06/12/2023 and before I could get home good the truck stopped on me again. Now I need an alternator and when you call 2nd Gear to talk to them about the LEMONS they be selling they always try and put the problem on someone else. This is the worst place ever. I WOULD NOT recommend no one to purchase from this place!!

I bought a car back in December of 22 and after a week of having it the car quit. Had to return the car back to them for them to “fix it” in which they gave me a loaner car which also quit and they had to replace the battery in. Got my car back a month later and here it is April and the car quit again seemingly with the same issue (needing a new engine for the 2nd time). When calling for updates they would screen my calls and/or not return them. Would not recommend buying a car from them.

Definitely good cars..just for the right price..love the environment..trust me they gone make sure you drive off..just about finished paying for 1 car from them.2nd one coming soon. (5star)
