I'm still trying to get my refund.i signed up online because it said I could get instant acess and at the end of signup it told me I had to speak directly to location to complete my lease. Good luck with that..I called 3 separate times and got someone in a foreign country that didn't know how to help me( keep in mind im in the middle of moving)...They couldnt even tell me when they closed..I finally located hrs and realized I don't have time to get there.i asked them to transfer my call to location but I just got another SO CALLED representative because i guess THEY cant even contact the location..At this point I told them ..I'm going elsewhere I don't want to deal with a company who has NO contact on property.The guy says..ohh I'll send them a message to refund you. THEN I finally get a callback from a guy named James.who says ohhh we don't give refunds.i advised him of what happened and ive decided against using this location...well pretty much he says he read the email customer service sent about the refund however THE COMPANY doesnt allow this..TRUST ME I have the email for the SO CALLED company and she will get an email then I will dispute it with my bank..SMHHorrible service.They slowed my entire day down will I was in the middle of a move and just wanted to store a few things till after holidys..

The actual storage place and employees were helpful and very good I did not like when I called to ask some questions that I was not told it was a call center and not the actual place I think I should have made aware it was an answering service I would have got a better rate if I booked online I was only asking him questions and he pressured me by saying I would have to pay a higher rate if I waited to the next day

Came here to get a Uhaul and everyone was so helpful and kind! I would definitely recommend this facility for storage or a uhaul simply because they made sure we were taken care of and knew everything we needed to know. We needed a tow dolly and they showed us how to attach, detach and load the car since we hadn’t used one before. I really appreciated the time and attention they gave us to ensure we were comfortable.

Very impressed with the customer service. Employees were beyond helpful, and made sure I was taken care of in every respect and went the extra mile to ensure had everything I would need. I would recommend this location specifically to anyone in need of a Uhaul

Nice, clean facility with lots of security. Prices are right on point and whether you have your items inside temperature controlled units or in the outside units they are both very well maintained.

I just moved my things into Midgard Storage in Little River from Ohio and was VERY impressed with how helpful the Manager James and also David were with all the questions I had etc.Moving can be very stressful and when you find yourself dealing with a Company that understands that and goes the extra mile (so to speak) to help make things go as smooth as possible for you it’s .. we’ll it’s beyond helpful! .. The building and the people working there are great. The company however, not so much. I've been there a year and a half and the monthly rent has over doubled. At the same time, they have the same size units available for about 45% less. I inquired about adjusting my rate and company rules are that they cannot change the rate I'm being charged. My only option would be to give notice on my current unit, and then rent a new unit, and of course I'd have to move my stuff from one unit to another. Gave my notice and am moving to another storage company. If I moved to another unit there, I'd be in the same position again in a year or so.

Clean units and excellent staff. Always willing to work with you. We had to keep changing dates and had to get a second unit and the staff always worked things out for us.

I highly recommend Midguard self storage. It was by far the best storage center we have ever used. Dave helped us with our storage needs and was outstanding. Midguard was very clean and was set up for ease of use. The prices were very reasonable too. Thank you Midguard. Deb & Phil from N.J.
