“We purchased 4 mattresses and box springs three years ago when we moved here. Our two queen mattresses have been slept in a total of 5 weeks. They are used for guests only.
We noticed a ripple across one mattress when our last guests left. I took pictures and immediately emailed Hayley who we purchased the mattresses from. She was of great assistance in getting us in touch with Nora from customer
Service. Within a few days a very nice gentleman came to inspect the mattress. Today I was called by Nora to inform us that a free replacement was approved and we could go pick out a new mattress.
We went to the store and was met by Roy who was so kind and helpful helping us choose a mattress, which will be ordered and delivered sometime next week!
