Trying to find storage from 2000 miles away is scary!
Thanks to Callie in Little River, she made it easy and comforting.
She even took pictures of the unit and sent them to us for security.

This is the first time that we have dealt with Valley Storage Little River. First impressions are always important, but this went from first impression to WOW! Callie and Mark are so customer oriented, that everything went smoothly from the time we first walked in the door until the last box was loaded. It is really nice to deal with such professionals, not to mention the spotless and safe facility. Wish I could give 10 stars!

Convenient location right off of Hwy 17. Staff is very friendly. They have a Police Officer that lives on site which is a bonus if you rent a space here. We had a 10x30 which is a large unit that many places don't offer. They have exterior or climate controlled.

We accidentally forgot our hand truck at the house. We went up to the front office to see if they had one we could borrow. Not only did they have one for us to borrow, but they were extremely sweet and even gave us some water! It was about 95 degrees outside and they really went above and beyond! If we move again or need a storage space again or have anyone else that needs a storage place, we will definitely be recommending or using Valley Storage in the future! :)

The facility was clean, climate control was working very well, and most importantly the manager was very personable and took a direct interest in getting us through the process and into the space. She was very pleasant and very easy to work with. I highly recommend Valley storage Little River.

This has been by far the most secure, cleanest and strongest customer focused service shown in any storage unit we have used. We have had units in NC, NY, CA, VA and SC.
