Yesterday we my wife and I rented a small space which today we pulled our stuff out due to a horrible situation no-one should have to be subject to. Next birthday I will be 70 years young, My wife and I have both had heart surgery and I have had three strokes - full strokes. I am lucky to be walking now! I don't need non-sense in my life nor do you! For legal reasons due to age and health we put everything in both our names! Did the same thing here. We know how things can go wrong if you don't. The key pad yesterday showed both names when checking in to load stuff but today only on name. I ask my wife if she changed it and she said no, so I ask her to call them. Answer from them was it is in both names - First lie and kept repeating that lie. Did not matter what I said! Only wanted to argue. You cannot fix stupid so we are not there anymore. I will not trust my stuff to anyone who lies. I caught them in plenty and should have known there would be trouble. Been storing stuff for around 20 years without knowly being lied to but not here. When a screen shows one name and not yours just what would a cop think if in question? After hours it is not a chance you want to deal with. Nothing to hide, but also don't like to leave it to chance. You pay for it and you should have it your way! Go to an honest place and play it safe!!!! We are paying more but treated like we deserve.
