Stopped in to get a Makers Mark private selection bottle. The guys were super nice and welcoming, and took me right to their display, and even made sure I got a bottle that had a gamecock sticker on it. Will definitely drive out of my way to come back!

I go here frequently with my fiancé. We don’t go anywhere else because the staff there are so welcoming and friendly. We look forward to seeing them and our short conversations that ensue. I don’t care if another store might be cheaper by rumor. Our business will always go to Clyde’s.

One of the "RUDEST" female employees was working as I entered today. (Short lady with short blonde hair). I can understand if you have requirements implemented due to COVID 19, but there is absolutely no reason to be blatantly discourteous to a customer.They lost my business all because of her displaced attitude. You should entail better employees with consideration to your customers.

To Tyler. I will not apologize to you for doing my job, but I am sorry that you took it so personally. IT IS my job to follow all ABC regulations. One of the laws we have is that we are not allowed to use a card that isn’t in your name, especially when the names are not even similar. Any card ran through our machine has to be verified with an ID that the card we are using is the person using it and that the person is 21 years or older. I remember you and yes I did look at your ID again to double check your name against the one on the card. I can’t remember if your ID was an out of state ID or if you looked a Little Different in the picture, but that was my reasoning for checking for another form of Identification. We have quite a few people that come in here trying to use other people’s ID’s or Credit/Debit cards and if I have 1% of doubt about the authenticity of either I will ask to see another one. It wasn’t anything against you, but you are young and I had to make certain. Reason that I told you that I didn’t have to sell it to you was because when I specifically asked you if the card was yours, you lied to me and said yes, when it wasn’t. Then when I confronted you about the name being different you said that it was your cousins but you use it!! Laws for Liquor Stores are very strict.

This was the third time I have been here never had a problem untill today. So first I walk in to the older lady with blond hair talking trash about a customer that must have left 5 mins before me. Then I go to cash out and she is giving me problem after problem, first she took my ID all good so far. I give her 40 in cash and was gonna play 8 on my card and refused to use it bc my card is under bc my name was not on the card it’s self. She then starts to get an attitude with me asking for my ID again examining it like it’s make ? and then ask me for another form of ID. Like what?? So lucky I had my S.S in my wallet. Like so unprofessional and really annoying to me. Then gonna tell me she don’t have to sell it me well I was waking out like I was being disrespectful. Honestly gonna think twice before I go there again

This establishment needs to have some common sense. They cannot dictate wearing a mask to enter the establishment when there is no county or state ordinance. People believe more rhetoric and false information and skewed statistics by the Federal Government. Also, you cannot violate an individuals constitutional rights. If someone wishes to wear a mask, then that is their right. But, without an ordinance or law....come on. Besides, I have a CDC card. I was immunized in February. I refuse to enter this establishment again, since no one could give me a valid and legal reason why a mask is required. That is like telling an African-American they can't enter an establishment. I know when to be safe and when over compensating is just ignorance.
