“I needed a rental while my car was being repaired. The process to rent with Enterprise was quick & easy. The car was very clean and full of gas. I was able to drive away immediately. The whole process from in the door, documents signed, keys given, and out the door only took about 20minutes.”
“Car was clean at pickup, did not have any rpoblems during my usage. Tutrn-in went pretty smoothly as I arrived early in the morning and had to place the key and contract in the dropbox. Everything went OK.”
“I had the best experience here getting a rental car through Geico. The branch manager, Troy Lieberman went above and beyond average customer service. He was quick, efficient, friendly and accommodating. He took the time to talk to me and although there wasn’t a car readily available- it only took 20 minutes for them to get me one and on my way. It was one of the easiest and most pleasant transactions I’ve had in quite some time. All too often, I find young(er) people unable to be socially polite. It certainly wasn’t the case here- that’s why I’m taking the time to submit this review. Thanks Troy, Thanks Enterprise!”

“Our suburban broke down on our way to vacation in the mountains, fully loaded with everything we'd need for 7 days. Went to the Avis Columbia Airport location as a walk-in and was able to get a vehicle while ours was being repaired ... would have preferred an American automaker vehicle, but beggars cannot be choosers. Only needed one day rental, which is more expensive, but the counter agent (Kaylin) was able to help me out by asking questions about my work company, resident status, etc helping with the price, which was especially appreciated since we'd be paying for repairs on the suburban too. So a big shout out to Avis and Kaylin for helping save our vacation, thank you!”

Late on a Saturday night, Jeff helped me track down where my rental was being held, at a different rental car company, over the phone. Exceptional customer service given to a customer that was not even his to care for. If I have a choice who I rent through when I rent at KCAE, I would wait in a very long line to be helped by Jeff.”
