If I could put 0 stars i would Never use them as a uhaul provider. They dont know the rules about installing and uninstalling the trailer they make you install/uninstal the trailer regardless of if you can or not and then tries to charge you extra to put it on/take it off for you. They are also major slow and dont care for their customers. I have been sitting here for over 2 hrs in the sun and heat trying to get this trailer off and still no help. I contacted support and they were supposed to come out to take it off and I sat here for another 30 min before I finally went in to see what was going on and she was playing on her phone and refusing to help and just arguing that she isn't allowed to touch it when they are supposed to take it off.

This place does not know how to treat customers at all. I would never use this place for anything. Very unprofessional staff, would rather play on there phone then actually help a person that is disabled. Corporate uhaul even told them why we were on the phone that is there responsibility to get the trailer off for my wife but they refused. That is why when I got done talking with Corporate, uhaul is going to pull their contract because this is not the first time they have done this to a customer.
