I had to send an Air Fryer back via UPS and was rather stressed due to issues beyond my control , but the young man that assisted me went above and beyond by printing out the label and securing the box. Thank you so much.

The Mail Room will not ship to military addresses. They also would not add a letter to their outgoing USPS mail, stating they "did not want it sitting around" until the next pickup. Don't they have a central location for their own outgoing mail? I am VERY disappointed in the poor customer service. Additionally, I have been mailing packages to military addresses for the last 32 years and have NEVER encountered a shipping store that wouldn't mail to them. I strongly encourage you to take your business elsewhere. I cannot recommend this place at all.

Always helpful, never have any issues getting things shipped or returned. Only short coming is noone on staff has a notary public stamp, but they do have someone you can make an appointment with who will meet you at the Mail Room. Convenient for those of us living here in Nirvana.
